I wanted buds with wings as I find the non winged types fall out. they are also reasonably sized compared to some other brands.They sound good too and I like the fact that the sound can be customized using the app. I could not find theses locally to see and try which was disappointing. on the downside, I have found them a little uncomfortable after using for a couple of hours or more while used them for gym. Also pairing is not as easy as it should be when moving from one device to another. Overall very happy, but please make it easier to pair and support 2 devices. “I evaluated these alongside their little brother, the Reflect Flow and found these far superior to the point that I don't think you should bother with the Reflect Flow. These have far superior sound quality owing to their bigger drivers. I really wish I could have kept these but for whatever reason these did not stay put in my extremely large ears while I am doing exercise in the gym. The included ear fins just weren't as large as those on the Reflect Flow; either that or there was some other ergonomic difference. Forget the price difference between these and the Reflect Flow. Besides the sound quality the fact that these can accept firmware upgrades and their superior noise cancellation make them the worthwhile purchase.”

“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that the ear buds are compact in size and come with multiple sized ear fittings for you to obtain the right fit. The charging case is also compact and lightweight compared to some of the other JBL ear buds. The case also comes with a wrist loop so that you can keep them at your fingertips. The sound quality is standard JBL quality however, I will say the noise canceling technology is one of the best on the market. I like the multiple tap features and that you can use one or both of the buds at anytime and it pauses your music when you remove the buds from your ear while for gym. I do wish it had the feature to increase and decrease the volume on the buds themselves rather than having to have the phone next to you. Otherwise, standard JBL quality and no real disappointment.”

“I use these for the gym primarily and I can say that if I get a good seal the fit is secure and the sound canceling is ok. If someone is blasting music on a speaker system you'll hear it a little but otherwise it drowns out a lot.

The seal part is tricky for me maybe because my ears aren't actually symmetrical. On the left ear it is fairly straight forward. The wing catches some ear fold and molds in. The right felt loose for a long time until I started to turn further back. Meaning the top of the wing was angled pointing a negative 90°. This allowed me to fit it securely when I twisted it in.

Battery life is fine for me. I cam only wear them for 3 hours max before I start to get uncomfortable anyway. They are secure but you notice them. They don't disappear like my old Samsung buds used to.

For my purpose they suit my needs and aren't priced too high. The case feels durable and works well in an active environment.

For buds I use to workout so I don't have to hear loud nonsense they work ok. Once again if someone is on a speaker system blasting something you don't care to hear it will bleed through unless your music is at a potentially unsafe level for hearing.”

“Sound quality is excellent as well as EQ function of the app. Great fit, style and build quality too. My only gripes are ANC always defaults on and wont stay off. It changes sound profile. The tap functions are too sensitive so randomly changes when I put them on or adjust fit in the gym so I disabled them in app ( nice app feature) Last but not least, BT pairing can be flake and require reset with charging case. Overall I really like these for the great sound, build and fit. Almost five stars if not for the gripes.”

“I was looking for new JBL because before I already had some of that brand in headband type and I liked the quality but they were very small so I found these as a good option for training and I was doubtful because there were no reviews and I ordered them in the “USED-LIKE NEW” option and I don't regret it at all!!!

The box was new, the product too... when used it had nothing. I tried them at the gym and they are excellent, sweatproof, they don't slip, but it's still no problem since it has spare parts for you to adapt them to the size of your ear. They have noise cancellation among other details that are very good. I would definitely buy them again. “The audio and functions are everything I need in a pair of earbuds but they constantly disconnect for gym, the "true fit" on the app doesn't work since the app can't recognize I'm wearing the earbuds. The noise control is iffy since I can't control the earbuds half the time. Right out of the package, my experience has been nothing but troubling shooting the garbage from the box. They refuse to stay connected unless I wear them dangling out of my ear. Even then, the functionality becomes limited as the system can't recognize they're connected despite the Bluetooth on my phone stating they are and THEIR OWN APP! They have taken a step forward off a cliff, this isn't worth the plastic it's printed with.”
