“Noise cancellation seems to be fine, but probably there are better options at different costs out there. Sound quality is great while used them for running, plenty of base with quite a few customizable settings.

Battery life is probably one of the best features on these buds. Also a great feature and the reason I purchased them is the way they fit and stay inside the ear. Touch controls work good, the ambient mode works well, the microphone seems to be working well, more testing needs to be done on my end.

Connectivity is mostly good, did have some issues but that is probably due to the phone I am using with. Been using the buds for a week, took them in a shower - and they survived. I switched from the Air Pods Pro Gen One and I don't regret it; would buy again.”

“Everything good first day with them for running. Sound is good volume is decent, comfort okay could be a little better. Then battery life. Not so good. “Sounds good and of the more comfortable variety for running but that's about all. I can tell you after over a year of use these are quite subpar for the price and brand. They are more comfortable than most noise cancelling headphones, but that extra comfort comes at the price of weak cancellation ability.

Functionally they are the worse. The interface makes no sense, and you can't change the way it responds to input enough to fix it. I should be able to pause my media no matter which bud I'm using interdependently. They also plug up really bad with dirt and wax. To the point that you'll think they're broken. Only way I could fix them is with an isopropyl alcohol soak and blasting the driver with compressed air.”

“The JBL Reflect Flo Pro is within a hair of being the best under $200 TWS earbuds for running. Everything is great or almost great: Fit, Waterproofing, Battery Life, Touch Controls, Wireless Charging, Carrying/Charge Case, App, all superb, especially the sound. These have the best Bass reproduction I've heard thus far, which includes the Sony's, Liberty 3s, Beats, Klipsch and Nuarl. It's tight, strong, deep and solid. The App is the best as well. You can adjust it to the perfect sound stage for your tastes or the music for running. The ONLY weakness is the Volume. These need about 3 levels of additional volume for older music that's low volume and less clean. JBL, if you increased the volume with the next update you will have the best earbuds under $200. As things currently are, the Sound core Liberty 3s are the all-around best in this price range.”

“Great battery life, glitch free. i purchased primarily for running so I opted for these over the Sony set - very close at the top tier. My biggest issue is that I have small ear canals and these simply don't fit snugging enough for me to get the full audio range (i.e. bass) which JBL is actually known for. If I press them, against my ears they sound great. So - great option if you don't have tiny ear canals and need a sport headphone with some good non-sport features like noise cancelling, etc.”

“I did a lot of research before buying these and I’ve had these for about 6 months now and I absolutely love them for running. They won’t break the bank, they fit very well in the ear, I can wear them for about 2-3 hours no issues. Sometimes they can make my ears a little sore but I’ve gotten used to them. My only complaint is that if you get very sweaty or are chewing they tend to fall out. I work as a mechanic and I can wear them at work all day. By far the best earbuds for the price.”

“I'm sure these are "quality" devices but... sigh

I returned my more expensive Reflect Flow Pro+ because of two main reasons:

1. They were super glitch.

Two days after having them, 1 bud would just disconnect while running, then the buds themselves would not pair. The touch sensitivity was the twitchy, i.e. my sweaty hair would make contact with the sensors-ends of the buds themselves and trigger actions.

I had to reboot them SEVERAL times, but even then only 1 would work.

Apparently these buds have lots of integrative features, i.e. Alexa, Amazon, Google etc. but, it also complicates things. Reading the manual for trying to understand the 'touch sequences' for whatever you wanted to do was just simply too much - and my career is tech, so that should tell you something.

2. The fit was horrendous.

The below "Product Note" listed in Amazon should have been a red flag:

Product Note - If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance.

And as such, I was looking up after-marker ear tips to help with the fit, but decided to exchange them before I could order any of them - and I'm glad I did so. I ended up going with the JBL Reflect Mini product and I was IMMEDIATELY more hopeful because they actually fit my ears right out of the box. I have no pairing issues (yet) and I'm looking forward to using them for running.”

“Frustrating since I have more than one item to link. Not good for the price. Update: although it has a find my device in the app, it doesn't work my earbuds have been missing for a week. So if your prone to losing things use a different option like attaching The Tile ti it. There no good if you can't find them.”

“Hello everybody, these earbuds are definitely the best sounding pair I've had so far. The only problem is: they stop working while I am running. I bought my first pair last year in June and since then I had to return 3 products because one side stopped working or got really quiet and even after cleaning, reconnecting and trying to set the volume equal using software It didn't work. I am very disappointed that a pair of 180$ (!) Earbuds doesn't last longer than 3 months and this is the reason for me to change from JBL to Bose.
