“I got this headset because I wanted a wireless headset that had the option to connect to a device using an aux cord. I usually use this at home and at the gym, and I plan to use it when I travel by plane (I had an experience where the wireless headset I had at the time did not connect with Bluetooth during the flight, so I really wanted a headset that came with an optional aux cord). This device does not have a noise cancelling feature, but it does block out most noises I encounter fairly well. I have had no issues with this device so far, so I would say it is a decent device for $70-$80.”

“These headphones are great for the gym and the base on the headphones are great but my problem with these are that I feel like you have to turn up the volume all the way up to hear whatever you're listening to and the noise cancellation could be a little better as well. Another problem that has recently started happening is that when I hold down on the button to turn on the headphones it sometimes does not work. I have to try multiple times to try and turn them on.”

“Update 2 stars: Everything in the review prior to this is still fine but now they keep randomly not playing any sound. I'll have to check if it's that app I'm using but be aware of that too in case it is the headphones.

I got these because I wanted to replace my hesh 2 headphones that had no base at all, and these were on sale. So far, as sound goes these are pretty similar to the hesh 2 but are a bit crisper with noticable bass nothing very strong though. I don't understand the point of the large ⭕ looking button since the power on button is the one between the plus and minus signs and most Bluetooth anything pairs automatically. I wanted to use the cord it comes with because sometimes I like to listen to stuff without having to charge em but the sound on these tank when not on Bluetooth. They barely make a sound at full volume with the cord. It's sad because the hesh 2 headphones that I've hard for 3 years at this point, work fine even with the same cord just no bass. They were also 50 bucks at the base price, but these were only the same price because of a sale. The ear pads are kinda uncomfortable and hard to take off but at least they're lighter than my previous ones. I'm glad these were on sale because they aren't worth the full price compared to some older gen skull candy stuff. The bass is decent, cord mode is terrible, light feel but your better off getting something else. These are not worth 100 dollars in the slightest these have nothing over my old 50 dollar ones other than slightly more bass.”

“ I have had different versions of Skullcandy headphones and earphones, so I wanted to try something that had a more covered ear option, so I went ahead and chose the Hesh Evo Model. Packaging for the headphones is already amazing out of the box. Plastic holds it in place and folds out to ensure there is no damage to them. The headphones come with a nice soft pouch to store them in, a USB-C charging cable, and an auxiliary cable for traditional connections that do not have Bluetooth available. Charging was relatively quick (went from red to green charge in about 1 hour on the USB-C charger). Pairing was very simple - I just held the power button down for 1 second and the light turns on and starts flashing red/blue. From there, I was able to connect to my phone in the Bluetooth settings. Sound quality was amazing! The bass on these headphones is great and they really do cancel out any noise around you without hurting your ears (I have two kids who can be very loud when I do my homework at night and these help quiet that out while I focus on my work). I loved that the headphones not only flatten to store away easily, but each side rotates a full 90 degrees both ways when you need to either pull them off quickly to hear something or simply have them around your neck. The overall quality of these headphones is great and I love the soft touch material they have overall.”

“I bought these headphones for use at the gym .. and for sub £100 headphones, they really are very good. Nice crisp sound, decent volume, in all, do the job perfectly.

One thing I will point out is that other reviewers refer to a case, mine came with no case and in a box too small to fit one so this has clearly changed since their reviews.

But for £90 .. you can't be robbed, case or no case!”

“Well worth the price, they’re super comfortable, lots of cushioning and I’ve even been able to wear them over my small hoop earrings. The sound is amazing, lowest volume allows you to hear others if needed (ie kids) and the highest you hear nothing outside the headphones. They pair with your phone super easily. Only drawback would be the charging cable, it’s quite short (like 3-4 inches long) would’ve been much more effective to have a longer cable and to also include the charging block (you’ll need a typical usb charging block).”

“These are great "over-ear" wireless headphones for those who are looking for something with vibrant and clear sound quality, but aren't concerned with additional sound features such as adjusting bass and treble. In other versions of Skullcandy headphones (that are similar in fit and style), there are features such as a bass booster which can change the sound drastically (for better or worse). If you like to tinker with these settings, the buyer should know that there is little room for sound output adjustments outside of obviously the volume. (From someone who likes to listen to music at a loud volume, these reach a higher level than some other brands I've tried in the same price range). The features that you can adjust focuses mainly on the ambient sound settings. I mostly listen to my headphones at home and not crowded places like gyms or airplanes, so I cannot speak to the level of quality for blocking out unwanted surrounding noises. Connecting to multiple devices such as my phone, laptop, and smart TV is all easily accomplished with one touch of the pairing button. Never had any issues with losing wireless connectivity or not being able to pair with any bluetooth device. The battery is long-lasting and re-charges quickly. Summary: Pros- Simple to use, vibrant sound, good battery life, fits snug so can be used in a gym setting without falling off... Cons- limited sound features... Unsure- noise-cancelling quality.”

“After shopping for headphones for the gym a few years ago, I decided on the Hesh series. For the cost, they seemed to have the best sound compared to the Bose, Sony and Beats I had previously owned or tried. When those eventually broke (2.5 years later) I was planning on replacing with the same, bet read the reviews for the Evo and decided to give these a try. The ONLY positive is longer battery life, while there are several negatives. First- the overall volume is noticeably less. Second- the bass level is also less, and that was one of the huge advantages of the Hesh, especially over the Beats I had. Last, the cushion on the ear pieces are firmer and less comfy than the Hesh. Overall, I wish I would have just saved the extra few bucks and purchased the older model that I knew worked great, Evo is definitely not an improvement”
