Review 1: ★★★★★

Everything works perfectly. The only thing that drives me a bit crazy, is when I'm connected to the PC via Bluetooth and start up a game. The sound quality changes almost like it's going through the mic. I have to disable the mic function manually on the pc. But I'm hoping I'll find a fix.

Review 2: ★★★★☆

Noise-canceling with these is not the best I've used but definitely not the worst, either. It's supposed to adapt according to the type of noise in your environment, and I just didn't feel like it was really working in loud environments. The ambient aware feature was somewhat better, but it didn't pick up on certain frequencies or tones, such as my husband talking in the other room.

I need a headset that does good call quality because I am constantly on the phone. This set does ok in a quiet room but anything else going on and the call quality decreases. Here's where the deal-breaker was for me-- I hate how touchy the earpiece controls are. It drives me absolutely crazy and I don't like how it interrupts my workday. I am frequently interrupted at work and need to be able to easily transition between talking to somebody in the room and back to my music. The Tour One's Talk Thru is a nice idea but the execution is severely lacking.

Review 3: ★★★☆☆

When it comes down to it, the ANC did not help. I live in NYC and whether it was out in the streets or from my very apartment, I could hear most things happening around me. The bass was laughable at best. There was nothing high-quality about it, with no trembling or emphasized noise for bass drops in all the music I tested.

Perhaps I received a defective pair - or perhaps, these are just overblown. In any case, if you need headphones with a long battery-life and clear sound quality, I would pick these up. Otherwise, don't expect a great bass or actual ANC from these.

Review 4: ★★☆☆☆

After 10 months of use, one of the sides by the ear piece has cracked, which makes it painful to wear, and it's no longer noise-cancelling. Battery life was great. I've had another JBL headphones that broke the same way. It must be a cheap design. I was able to buy these half price, but I'm still disappointed, and will go back to Sony, which lasted longer. One feature that was very annoying is if you touched the exterior of the right ear piece, it pauses your media. This would trigger itself even when I didn't touch it. So, I was constantly having to un-pause what I had playing even though I never paused it. Overall, very disappointed.

Review 5: ★★★★☆

The sound wasn’t as bass driven as Sony XM3, but it is good enough - I tested it on Queen’s “We Will Rock You”. You must turn the volume up pretty far to hear the music well if you have hearing loss, but I didn’t notice any distortion. Unlike with many headphones with apps, I felt the default sound was just as good as any EQ setting, I did. So, they do a good job producing a neutral sound. Noise cancellation seemed to be working well - I could still hear the radio a bit. But that could be because I had Adaptive Noise Cancelling on and was in a quiet environment. The headphones were relatively comfortable and the battery life will keep you listening for a while. Finally, I am happy it has USB-C charging.

Review 6: ★★★★☆

So far, the sound quality is awesome. My only issue is how sensitive the controls of touching the side of the headphones is…. My hoody grazes against it and the music stops.

Review 7: ★★★★☆

The headphone touch controls work well and I like how easy it was to connect to my phone. Many of the settings can be adjusted via the app and I had no issues with connectivity. Touch controls worked without any issues, and I like how everything is easily accessible. As far as build and comfort goes, this headset is not nearly as streamlined or quite as comfortable as other brands. It feels a bit cheap in comparison and it does tend to squeak when moved or adjusted.

Review 8: ★★★☆☆

I'll start by saying these come in very nice packaging - the presentation is great, and they headphones also look great. They feel good in the hand and are comfortable on the head and ears while wearing (without glasses).

I took a 1.5 hours flight with them and the noise cancelation was great - much, much better than my Air Pods Pro. If the quirks are fixed in these, I can be a five-star product. As they currently stand, however, they unfortunately are not. Here's hoping for a firmware update solving the problems.

Review 9: ★★★★★

This headphone is I think the best on any aspect. It is so surprising JBL finally did it! The sound is soul-touching and couldn't be better. The comfort is usually the weakness for JBL, but this time it is totally different! This headphone just feels very premium to me. It is a very good lifestyle headphone. Great!

Review 10: ★☆☆☆☆

Changing my review. Sounded great. Liked the noise canceling. Setup at home. Used once, no problem. Second time, dead. Won't turn on. Won't reset. Won't pair. The charging LED lights for 10 seconds then turns off, indicating full charge. Wall charger doesn't show a draw so they aren't charging. The he pictogram instructions were no help. Since I'm headed home and really won't use the audio only function, their going back for a refund.

These noise-canceling headphones are suitable for commuting to work or going out on business frequent. Most users are satisfied while some consumers feel that the configuration of these Bluetooth headphones are not powerful enough as well as its material is relatively fragile. They broke after less than a couple of uses.

Therefore, for those who need a headset for daily use, it is less suggested to buy these JBL Tour One Bluetooth headphones and more recommended to use bone conduction headphones, especially the Wissonly Hi Runner, for both commuting and sports.

Recommended reasons:

Wissonly bone conduction vibration unit optimization technology is one of the best technical solutions in the industry, because their team has accumulated in the field of bone conduction for 10 years, which is highly respected by people in the industry in terms of product quality and hearing protection. Great for use in daily life.

Once, there was a saying that the sound quality of bone conduction headphones was average. However, Wissonly Hi Runner refreshes this knowledge. It is excellent in sound quality. It uses a 360-degree bone conduction vibration unit, which can increase the vibration area by 35% compared with traditional bone conduction headphones. Moreover, its loss of bone conduction sound transmission is lower, making the sound more shocking and powerful.

Wissonly Hi Runner has added a number of innovative features to make bone conduction headphones better integrated into many scenes in life. Whether you're commuting to work or exercising on the weekend, you can use these Bluetooth headphones with peace of mind. It supports IPX8 diving waterproof, which is very good for me who loves swimming. What's crazy is that it can still work normally under 20 meters of water!

When you are working in the office, these Bluetooth headphones can answer phone calls for you, and you can also hear people talking around you. After work, you can use it to enjoy music and eliminate your tiredness. It also has 32GB of memory, so it can play music even if it is not connected to a mobile phone. I basically use it as an MP3 player, and I don't take my mobile phone for running at night. It uses the Bluetooth 5.0 chip, and outdoor activities can make the connection more stable.

In terms of appearance, Wissonly Hi Runner adopts classic black color, and its simple appearance involves matching whatever clothes you wear in any scene. In a word, this headset is a product with powerful functions, stable connectivity technology and high cost performance.
