“These are amazing. I was a little skeptical, but they exceeded my expectations. Charging and file transfer (MP3) were easy with a PC. Operation is simple. Comfort is acceptable but not great. Sound quality was really good and amazing underwater while swimming. They stay in place without a swim cap and never moved. I can easily see wearing these for other types of workouts and biking. Would be cool if they also were Bluetooth, but knew that going into purchase. Would recommend.”

“I previously complained about poor battery life. I must've had the headphones in the wrong position in the charger, because ever since this has been amazing. I just took it on a 5 hour canoe workout, and it never even beeped for low battery levels.
The sound is great, these things are light and stay in place.
Awesome overall product.”

“Audio player is fine. Not great, but good enough for background during workout.
Beware "one size does not fit all". Not adjustable, so it sits uncomfortably and needs to be adjusted frequently during long runs.
Tried to return after one week of use. Was surprised by return shipping charge AND 60% (~$115.00) restocking fee.
Spent $210 after tax, and was only going to get back about $60 on return.
Decided to keep it for housework and chores, which it is NOT well suited for since NO bluetooth means no audio books, podcast, or streaming.
I won't be buying from this company again, and recomend you look for other options.”

“I love these so much, that I bought a second pair for my son. I have not tried them in the lake yet, as I will this summer, however I have been using them whenever I go into the pool. For those that swim many laps/lengths of a pool, these are fantastic. Listening to music while swimming lengths, make the ‘workout’ so much more enjoyable. They fit easily, just above the ear. You will need to wear the earplugs that come with them as the sound is better with plugs on. I have put them over my swim cap as well and they do not slip off.”

“I am thrilled with this MP3 player. It was very easy to set up, transfer songs and I just took my first swim with it. It stayed on my small head and the sound is amazing. I am now totally motivated to add laps to my workout routine.”

“I bought this direct from there website, but thought I'd write a review here. I had the titanium version from the same company but find these significantly more comfortable.
-note: these headphones seems very aimed towards the swimming community, so I was skeptical if these were going to sound ok for above water. They actually have two different sound quality modes, one for swimming and one not. I don't swim very often with them but the sound quality while working out is great and is loud enough as well.
- I occasionally run on trails, and its nice to be able to hear something coming, or bikers.
- I primarily bought this because I occasionally get stuck in the rain, or want to jump in the ocean during a run.
-Also I don't like having to connect to my phone,
or watch for music so on-board storage is a plus.
-There is a physical power button, which is a bonus because those earbuds with ayto”

“I bought this mp3 player for workout. It's has been great to use in all weather conditions. I use them every time I run.
Loading music was a little confusing at first. On my PC I created a file to mimic what I load on xtrainerz player. You can load i-tunes music as well as regular mp3s without converting either file type.
The one key thing I learned, the music will play on the order you load them in the xtrainerz regardless of names or numbers you may assign to the song.
Having a file with copies of the loaded song makes it easier to load and organize the files you have on the headset.”

“I workout and lap swim. This is the most comfortable headphones. I've looked for it, only to realize, I'm wearing it. Best headsets ever once I figured out that in-ear plugs do not work with my ears. The real reason I'm writing this review is I lost mine recently. Well, guess what I found in my laundry???!!! After going through the washing machine AND the dryer, guess what's being charged??!! You guessed it, my Aftersholz xTrainer! Life is good!!”

“I am very please with the product after using it one week 3 times (2.5 hrs) . great for swimming, adds a different dimension to a workout swim. initial battery charge still going strong. It's a one size fits all but little big for my head but ok, It would be better if I could get a smaller size. Sound quality is ok.”

“Despite the excellent quality of the hardware and excellent performance underwater, the functionality for playing back tracks in a predictable order is missing. Since I purchased these in order to listen to audiobooks while doing workout or swimming, this major shortcoming makes the product not great for this purpose.
I have audiobooks divided into chapters with files names prefixed with numerical sequences to indicate the chapter. On a computer, when they are sorted, they display in the correct order. The normal behaviour of such MP3 devices I have used in the past would be to play back tracks that are contained in a single folder according to an alphabetical sequence. This device seems to play the tracks back in NO DISCERNABLE ORDER. So you'll hear your audiobook play one random chapter at a time. While this may be tolerable to those audiobook listeners with a taste for postmodern fiction, anyone hoping to listen to books with a coherent narrative structure will be deeply disappointed!
While I would love to endorse this product since it otherwise seems to be a great quality build and offers excellent audibility under water, this major shortcoming makes them not great for their customer base who wish to listen to audiobooks (a usage which is specifically mentioned in their marketing material.) I know this is a new product so there may be kinks to work out and I hope this frustrating lack of functionality will be fixed in subsequent models.”
Most users have given favorable reviews on Shokz xtrainerz MP3 Headphones, indicating that it is a good product for workout. But it is not without its shortcomings. It has no Bluetooth connection mode, so it is not so convenient to use. This MP3 has only 4G of memory, which may not be enough for people who like listening to music. Finally, it is overpriced. If you are a person who likes swimming or workouts but doesn't want to bring too much equipment, I highly recommend that you choose a pair of waterproof headphones with both MP3 mode and Bluetooth mode to replace Shokz xtrainerz, such as Wissonly Hi Runnerbone conduction headphones.
Wissonly Hi Runner has great waterproof performance, up to IPX8 rating, can easily cope with sweat, rain, swimming can also be used, and even you can wear it scuba diving, it can be used up to 15 meters underwater, if you accidentally dirty it, you can also wash it directly. For underwater scenarios like swimming, the Hi Runner also has 32GB of built-in memory, because the Bluetooth connection can be unstable when moving underwater. With built-in storage, you can use the headphone as an MP3 player and enjoy high-quality music underwater.
Its battery life is also very good, the normal volume can be played continuously for 8-10 hours, which is really good for people who like outdoor sports, even if they go out to climb the mountain all day, do not worry about the battery. It also supports magnetic fast charging, which takes only 2 hours to fully charge.
In terms of comfort, the overall frame of Wissonly Hi Runner is made of adjustable aviation-grade titanium steel, which can adapt to different sizes of head circumference and ensure the stability of wearing, so that it will not fall during exercise. The surface of its headphones is made of high-tech low-sensitivity silicone material, which does not contain chemical ingredients to avoid allergies. The overall touch of the headphones is as silky as a baby's skin, avoiding discomfort when worn for a long time. And its weight is very light, less than 30g, You can wear it for a long time without worrying about fatigue or pain in your ear. As the flagship outdoor sports model of the Wissonly brand, it is the most comfortable and cost-effective model among all the current bone conduction models.
In terms of sound quality, this bone conduction headphone uses the latest research results of the wissonly laboratory, which increases the vibration area of the vibrator by 35%. At the same time, it also optimizes the sound transmission direction to make the sound more concentrated and the music more spatial. And it has a good performance in treble and bass.
Most importantly, its price is only $99.99,its cost performance is really high！
