“Great headphones honestly probably better than beats in my opinion , the battery lasts like forever , it doesn’t take long to charge them either i use them on a daily and i only have to charge them about once a month more or less . sweat resistant, perfect for the gym and they don’t fall off they are very adjustable and have a grip. Bass is also adjustable and great . I really recommend these !”

“First time getting wireless over ear headphones. I normally like how easy and portable earbuds are nowadays.  with small charging cases and portability. But i wanted something with more sound and wouldnt fall out of my ears. Read some reviews and decided on these. I am pretty blown away by these. The sound is tremendious! Not to mention the battery life is amazing as well. I use them everyday at the gym for an hour a day. Its been over three weeks so far and i have not had to charge em. Pretty amazing. Im sure i wont need to charge em for quite a bit longer either. Bass on these are head thumping! If u love the lows these are for u. Highs and mids are great as well. But these are for the real bass head. May become a little uncomfortable if used for prolonged use but the switch on the left ear that can turn the bass down. Over all great set of over ear headphones for anyone wanting a set that has great lows. If  to muchbass is not u thing u are always able to set the bass lower. But im sure u could find other headphones that are cheaper that dont focus on bass like these do.”

“This is by far the best headphones I have owned so far. Skullcandy was a brand back in highschool where you would never want to be seen wearing them (2000's). It was what distinguished brand names from the 'poor man's music'. Crusher Evo makes me now dial up the bass and screw the haters if they still believe that nonsense. Yes these headphones don't have any noise cancellation but I have never used noise cancellation even if the headphones had them. Noise cancellation is not reliable and is prone to give off hissing sounds. Also, these headphones remind me of the times I would turn up my subwoofers loud while driving. These headphones I would say are an essential piece for bass lovers. If you want clear sounds while sacrificing bass, i would recommend consumers to research other brand of headphones to suit their audio style. The bass control knob on these headphones is helpful for regulating certain song's bass, especially if you use a 3rd-party epicenter audio function for songs.

For phone and video conversations, my voice projects well. The microphone picks up my voice and doesn't distort it. It isn't the best microphone in the market but it suffices for my daily commute to work

In regards to quality, these headphones are well-made. They aren't flimsy. You notice well how they feel. It comes with a usb-c cable, audio aux cable, and a headphone bag with the manuals.

I would have enjoyed if the headphone bag was more rigid but because the price is already low compared to others on the market, I feel it was worth the sacrifice I made.

I also have a fairly large head. Headphones fit nicely at max extension. I feel these headphones would benefit if they could extend a few inches.

I would recommend this to bass lovers. We'll see how long they hold through time.”

“I have a small head; they clamp a little harder than I would prefer, and the headband lacks padding; said padding is almost nonexistent and I have purchased added padding. The bass slider is nice, it only works for songs with bass; nothing happens for songs without bass.

It does not have ANC, but passive noise blocking is decent enough to work as hearing protectors. Not quite sure they are worth $150; perhaps $99 might be a fairer price for them.

Paired with my iphone easily.

They have enough going for them that I am keeping them for use in my workshop, or for listening to stuff I do not need people around me to hear.

I found some headband padding that works for small heads:

Headband Cushions for David Clark H10

These fit when I installed them on to my Evo, and made a huge difference to comfort.”

“You can adjust the bass on these headphones and everything feels personalized. Listening to music is a whole new experience now and watching movies/videos is also surreal. These are hands down the best headphones I’ve ever had (for lounging, going to the gym, just listening to music, these are good for anything and everything). They also never die! I’ve charged mine a handful of times and the battery lasts forever”

“These headphones are a must have if you're a basshead. Unlike other bass-focused headphones, the sub bass does not come through the main drivers but instead through essentially powerful external subs. The subs are very loud and can nail very low frequencies with ease. The battery life is stellar, even with the subs on max power for sustained periods. The clamping force is pretty tight, but all points of contact are padded with comfortable material. Feels very solid running on the treadmill with these, they dont slip around.

I've tried headphones with haptic bass from two other brands (Razer and Corsair), but Skullcandy absolutely dunks on them because the subs feel more powerful and like they are tuned to hit much lower frequencies than the others.

The only caveat I would say is that these aren't really daily driver headphones. The experience of using them is so intense, you may need a break afterwards. I use open-back headphones or airpods the majority of the time but these are excellent for the gym, or any immersive content.”

“These are the best headphones I ever owned. They are very durable and the quality is definitely worth the price. Sound and bass is incredible. You should definitely try out these headphones. The battery is insane. I mainly wear these headphones in the gym, they have me feeling great and pumped as I work out. I rate these headphones a solid 10/10”

“I didn’t believe the reviews when they talked about the bass on these headphones but they’re no joke. The slider works very well and the other controls do as well. The audio is crisp, clear, and the bass is unreal and sounds amazing. The app is pretty useful especially for setting up a personal audio tune which only improves the already great audio output. The carrying case is also a very nice bonus and the headphones fold easily into the case and the belt is a nice little loop to clip onto things or use as a carrying handle. The battery is ridiculous and lasts a very long time. I’ve had these for about a month at this point and have only charged them about 1 1/2 times, after using them for about an hour or more a day, and they didn’t even need to be charged. I Use these at the gym and was worried about them falling off or being too tight but they fit just right and are comfortable for even the toughest and longest gym sessions. I’ve showed them to multiple family members and friends and they are all shocked, especially at the bass, and have all stated they want to get a pair.  All in all I would highly recommend these headphones for anyone but especially for those looking for a pair with unreal bass or something that’ll last in the gym.”

“I LOVE these headphones. They're INSANE. I tried these along with the Beats Studio³ when they were on sale for $200, and these blow them out of the water.

They don't have ANC, but the ear pads are so dense they do a decent job of providing PNC.

What they DO do is play your music. The bass slider is an incredible feature that you can't find anywhere else. Honestly 25% bass is great, but when I need to get in the zone at the gym I turn the bass all the way up. At max bass it can distort the quality of the other sounds, but it's worth it lol.

The best part about these is you can do a hearing test on the SkullCandy app to have the sound played optimized to your hearing ability. It actually does make a big difference.”

“Amazing quality and killer bass!! I have the beats solo bro, and these are partially nothing compared to it. Just blown away!!! And way cheaper too! Two major problems with it there’s not really a noise cancellation option! Just put the music loud enough to cancel noise. Also they move too much for me! I don’t know if I have a small head or I move too much for them.when I clean or go to the gym... when I make any movement they move as well... and for someone who has a lot of ear piercings this is very uncomfortable most of the time!! Not meant for the gym basically and sadly!”

According to the user review of Skullcandy crusher evo wireless headphones, it is a good product with excellent sound quality and noise cancelling function that can satisfy users. But at the same time, it also has some problems: overpriced, its heavy earmuffs can easily cause discomfort to the ears and head. And it is easy to be sultry and sweaty in summer, which is something to pay attention to for this headphone without waterproof performance. If you want to find a gym headphone in the market that is more cost-effective, comfortable to wear and has a excellent waterproof performance, Wissonly Hi Runner Bone Conduction Headphone is a good and affordable substitute.

r/HeyNewGadget - Skullcandy crusher evo wireless headphones:Are they suitable for the gym?

Hi Runner sports bone conduction headphones are open-eared and worn directly on the temples, so your ear canal is completely open, which makes it easy for you to hear the sound of cars and traffic lights outdoors in sports scenes such as running and walking, making you safer to use.

In terms of fit and comfort, the whole frame of Wissonly Hi Runner is made of adjustable aviation grade titanium steel, which can adapt to different sizes of head circumference and ensure the stability of wearing. Its earphone surface is made of high-tech low-sensitivity silicone material, which contains no chemical components to avoid allergic phenomena. The overall touch of the earphone is as silky as baby's skin, avoiding uncomfortable situations when worn for a long time. Moreover, its weight is very light, less than 30g, and it will not feel heavy when worn. After wearing it, I took it off at the end of the run. This Hi Runner didn't let me have any extra adjustment. As the flagship model of outdoor sports of Wissonly brand, it is the most comfortable and cost-effective one among all bone conduction at present.

r/HeyNewGadget - Skullcandy crusher evo wireless headphones:Are they suitable for the gym?

When you sweat a lot when running or doing other sports, or when it suddenly rains when you run or exercise outdoors, then the waterproof performance of sports headphones is very important. As the flagship model of Wissonly, the waterproof grade of Wissonly Hi Runner Sports Bone Conductivity Headphone reaches IPX8 waterproof grade higher than the industry standard. It allows the wearer to work normally when swimming or diving, not to mention sweat prevention or ordinary waterproof.

It is also equipped with 32G body memory, which can store 5,000 songs, and supports Bluetooth and MP3 working modes. You can use it as a Bluetooth MP3 player for underwater sports or scenes without a mobile phone.

Hi Runner is the flagship product of Wissonly, and its overall function is also the most perfect. In terms of sound quality, this bone conduction earphone uses the latest research results of wissonly laboratory, which increases the vibration area of the vibrator by 35%. At the same time, it also optimizes the sound transmission direction to make the sound more concentrated and the music more spatial, and it has a good performance in both high and low notes.

Wissonly has made a lot of efforts to reduce its sound leakage. Its all-wrapped design reduces the vibration of the shell, and through structural optimization, the sound waves of the sound leakage are cancelled, thus avoiding 90% of the sound leakage. Wissonly Hi Runner's sound leakage performance is much better than that of the same gear bone conduction headphones on the market.
