Review 1: ★★★★★

I've been a fan of Skullcandy for several years for accessories and these certainly represent the brand well. Comfortable fit and easy to set up and use. Everything you expect from the brand. Battery life is impressive for such small equipment, I get about 3 hours of talk time when using my phone and more than 4 hours if just listening to music or audio books while running. Clarity is fantastic both incoming and outgoing for phone calls. Friends say they can't tell that I'm using a headset and that clarity from the mic is excellent. If you already know and love the Skullcandy brand these are exactly what you know to expect for high quality. If you're considering these for running and haven't owned Skullcandy before, you'll be impressed and happy with them.

Review 2: ★★★★☆

I got these to use almost exclusively with Apple TV. The sound quality was a lot better than I expected based from some of the reviews. They’re plenty loud and on movie mode, have really good balance. I fully charged the case days ago and it’s still going strong for running. They aren’t as comfortable as AirPods, but aren’t the worst either. I took off the little “wing” thing because I didn’t like it and they’re still secure. I hate the touch controls though. It’s almost impossible to put them in or adjust them without switching back and forth from “ambient mode” or something else. But they’re not bad— I’ve had no pairing issues, sound is really good, and they do the job for my running. Amazon was selling them for $50 and at that price point, they feel totally worth it.

Review 3: ★★★☆☆

They sound great for running, they’re comfortable and stay charged for a good amount of time. But the most frustrating thing I have come across almost every time I use my ear buds, they somehow disconnect from each other and it’s annoying and a pain in the ass to try to reconnect them together while running in the gym or outdoors.

Review 4: ★★☆☆☆

The control buttons are moronic, press and hold for 4 seconds, or 6 seconds, or tap once, twice, or three times for each specific function. Then the buttons don’t actually function properly. When you tried to tap it or press it, it usually just shut off forcing you to connect again to your Bluetooth and start over. And this is on the one headphone bud that worked when I am running, the other bud never worked and the control button on it never responded no matter how hard or long you pushed or tapped while running. After an hour of resetting and resynching I just gave up. Sent these back and got the old reliable Bose sports buds.

Review 5: ★★★★☆

I bought these for my teen for her running. She likes them a lot most the ear buds I bought have broken or died after the first month and never make it past the second they are done after a short time. I felt like I was just going through them all the time. So I decided to give these a try. They have held up for running! She likes them. No complaints. Good quality lasting product.

Review 6: ★★★★☆

Only bad thing about the headphones is they do not fit in the case correctly after I run. If you have the piece on them that sticks up to hold them in your ear on correctly the lid will not close. You have to move it back where it sticks up a little more for the case to close every time you put them back in and when you take them out you have to move it back when you put them in your ear. Case needs to be designed to actually work correctly without having to adjust anything after running. If it wasn't for that I would have given them a 5-star.

Review 7: ★★★★☆

I want to love these. They look really cool, sound good, are comfortable for running, and the battery life is great. They just don't seem to fit quite right in my ear. After trying every possible size combination, I can't seem to find one that works for my running. For me this means the volume is inadequate, and there is no effective noise cancellation.

Review 8: ★★★☆☆

Sound quality is basic, I've always loved Skullcandy earbuds with their surprising bass quality for running but seems things changed over the years. I used the right earbud once and the 2nd time it stopped connecting to my phone before I want to run in the gym. I unpaired it and tried again but my phone couldn't find it. No problems with the left earbud for running.

Review 9: ★★★★★

I had to get new ear buds cause my old ones just crapped out on me while running last week. Took a chance on these and I love them! They fit perfectly in my ears which is not easy with most ear buds out there. I love the ease of use and the different equalizer modes for running. Plus, I absolutely love the color.

UPDATE: I had started experiencing an issue with sound playback. Didn't matter if it was just playing music on my phone or watching YouTube. I reached out to Skullcandy since I had passed the return window. Their customer service was great. After some troubleshooting, we discovered that the ear buds were not pairing correctly to each other or my phone. They let me fill out a warranty claim and send the ear buds back. Unfortunately, they couldn't replace them since that model was out of stock, but they did give me a voucher to purchase a replacement pair for running from the website. My new ear buds for running arrived just a few short days later. I also decided to purchase the protection plan, just in case. Very happy with how it all turned out despite the issue. Still leaving it at 5 stars for the awesome customer service.

Review 10: ★☆☆☆☆

The first pair I purchased turned off after 1 week of use for running.  I could not get them to turn on to reset then the case stopped charging, so I returned them for a full refund. Some time passed and I decided to purchase these again because maybe the first time was a fluke, which happens. I ordered a new pair of earbuds and I was enjoying them for running, but again after 1 week the right bud turned off and automatically went into pairing mode instead of staying off. The right earbud paired separately to my phone. I couldn't get them to reset after several tries, so I'm returning them and looking for another brand with a similar bud design that's hassle free. It's such a disappointment because honestly these fit perfect, and the noise-cancelling and sound is great for running too. What a hassle.

Summarizing the reviews from users of these earbuds, we can see that most of the users are pleasantly surprised with these noise-canceling and affordable earbuds, but there are still some users who feel that these earbuds are not recommendable. This is because the control buttons that come with the earbuds can easily break despite being the first time you use these earbuds. Plus, the charging unit of these headphones is not flexible, which is too disappointing.
