Review 1: ★★★★★
The Evo True stand out as a satisfactory product, especially in terms of the quality-price ratio. They offer clear and detailed sound quality for workout in the gym. They also have valuable versatility in the equalization function to adjust the sound to your liking.
Another important aspect to highlight is battery life. In my experience using them for about a month, the maximum I have lasted without recharging the battery is a full day for workouts, which is a remarkable achievement. And finally, the IP55 technology that allows hearing aids to be resistant to sweat and water stands out. I can say that they are sweat-resistant, however, I haven't done a water test.
Review 2: ★★★★☆
I had the same issue everyone was talking about where they wouldn’t pair. It was annoying and hard to solve for my workouts… it put them out of commission for a few weeks and I had to go back to using my crappy old pair. But when i did finally fix them, they work well and have good (but not the best) sound quality while working out. They are also reasonably low profile so it’s not super uncomfortable to lay on them while in your ear. Well, not as bad as some at least.
Review 3: ★★★☆☆
I have purchased 4 of these in the past 3 years for working out in the gym and all but one of them has stopped charging the right earbud. I've delicately cleaned the pins and earbuds but I'm confident it's the cases. Just not worth it IMO unless you plan on purchasing new ones every 8-12 months. I like them a lot for my workouts which is the only reason I kept buying them but it's time to move on.
Review 4: ★★☆☆☆
I bought these to replace my old Skullcandy earbuds and listen to my audiobooks at workout. It feels nearly impossible to get these to do what u need them to. I have yet to be able to listen to anything in both ears at once for workouts, and any attempt at all the recommended tips to fix that doesn’t work. it shouldn’t take so much effort connects some earbuds to listen to a book man. Totally sending these back.
Review 5: ★★★★☆
I purchased these to replace my JLAB Go Air Pop earbuds. which are good budget ones for workout in the gym but questionable physical quality (Bought 2 over 2 years, each time had to exchange because both ones bought, a year apart, had one earbud not correctly pairing, but aside from that mishap, great earbuds for workout)
Really the only thing I do really like about these is that they stay in your ear pretty good while I am working out in the gym or outdoors, not so sure about the battery life, sound quality is decent but certainly not worth the mark of $70 or whatever it is.
Review 6: ★★★★☆
I've noticed that there is a slight glitching problem. I use them A LOT, but when I'm walking out, they tend to cut out, pause, or speed the song(s) up. When I'm relaxing and not moving it's fine. I also have tiny ears, so they do get slightly uncomfortable after a while workout. Still Skullcandy has the best earphone products out there, great sound quality, comfortable, and easy to use.
Review 7: ★★★★☆
I've had these for a while and they're great, really comfortable unlike certain brands and the sound quality and noise cancelling is great, however there are a few cons which don't really ruin it for me but might for you. The rubber cap on the headphone is slipper and adjusting it can toggle the touch on the headphone, they have trouble syncing to each other and the manual does little to help and I've had to google it several times, and at times it'll just drop connectivity to my devices out of nowhere without warning though it's not often enough to genuinely complain. Battery life decreases with time but charging is mega fast, volume only goes so loud, and you will need to clean them if you notice your headphones starting to drop in quality. Otherwise, excellent and the price was just right, I do recommend regardless of cons.
Review 8: ★★★☆☆
Maybe is just me. I have this model and an older one. The older one connected very easily. This model connects the earbuds separately for workout. I don't know how to fix that. I don't like it that way, I must choose one of the earbuds for me to use. Tried multiple times, and only one time was able to use it simultaneously but still connect to the phone separately.
Review 9: ★★★★★
I've owned a set of these for over a year now and use them every day for workouts. I've been quite satisfied.
Pros: sound is good. Batteries last for quite a while. Quick charging the earbuds in the case are awesome.
Cons: the mic picks up EVERYTHING around you. The person on the other end of a call will have trouble hearing you if you are working out in a noisy environment or outside on a windy day.
The case won't charge with some of today's higher powered cigarette lighter adapter chargers. I must use a cheap one from the gas station to charge the case. AC adapter bases don't seem to be a problem.
Overall: very satisfied with these for the price and they are comfortable for all day use for my workouts and don't fall out of my ears while talking, walking or others workouts.
Review 10: ★☆☆☆☆
I bought this on Amazon Day because it was a reputable brand, deeply discounted, and sweat resistant. The primary use was gym workouts. Immediately, I noticed that the bass is virtually nonexistent, and is very poor even compared to the no-name cheap pair I got at Five Below for $5. Worse yet, the audio began glitching out shortly into my first use. You would have 15 seconds of music, static, 1-2 seconds of silence, another 10-15 seconds of music, repeat. So, something is wrong with its Bluetooth connection while I work out in the gym. I don’t have the packaging still, or I would totally return these. Guess now I know why they were on sale.
Conclusion:
By analyzing reviews from users of these earbuds, we can see that while the affordable price of these earbuds has satisfied many consumers, there are many users who have expressed their disappointment with these headphones. This is because the two earbuds of this gadget cannot be used at the same time and will automatically separate during workouts. In addition, the audio playback of these earbuds is not smooth and the Bluetooth connection is prone to problems, making it not worth spending a few dozen dollars on.
