“I just purchased these and they are by far my new favorite headphones. I’ve had all the true wireless options that B&O have put out and the design and the form factor are so nice on this sports version. The case is much different than the regular version 3.0. It’s not made of leather but stands up nicely and because of this design actually seems slimmer. The buds themselves are wider in circumference and fit my ear much better than the regular version. I love the rubberized texture and the wingtips. That said, the battery life is amazing and I love the sound. I use them for watching television and listening to music while I stay at home for work. I love the punch of the bass and the fact that I can adjust transparency mode and listen to people talk around me.”

“This pair of headphones is not worth the price tag. The first thing I noticed is once I join a call, a beeping sound starts on the headphones. Talked with customer support multiple times and they were (kinda) able to solve that. It works most of the time, and sometimes it starts beeping.... Might just be a software thing.

The sound quality is v good for its size. You can really hear things very clearly and lots of bass.

The bluetooth connection w your phone/computer is very bad. You have to re-pair it often. It is also hard to move from one device to the other. I have the oldest airpods and the experience on those is so so much better.

In terms of comfort, these are super uncomfortable. They'll either fall off your ears or, if you use the bigger plastics, they'll hurt the inside of your ear.

TLDR: don't buy these for 350, not worth the price.”

“I have to say that the sound quality on these is pretty amazing. As a musician, I demand quality, and these definitely give it. I would add that I would have wished the sound to get a little louder. The fit is great. You get an app with them and it makes it super convenient. One thing that actually bothers me is the fact that this is advertised as sport buds, however when I go running they actually fall off and don’t stay on too well. My wife has the same issue; so it definitely isn’t just my ears. Anyway, battery life is very good too. I would totally recommend these, but beware that they may not stay in too well. Enjoy.”

“Sound quality is just as good as the other top buds like sennheiser momentum 2 or Sonys or even klipsch these are a little louder then the sennheisers so what justifies the price? Well sennheiser got noice canceling an these don’t but to me personally the case is way better the buds look way better I get a better premium feeling with B&O the case is amazing is it worth 350 no I would say it’s worth 279 at most if they had noise canceling yes it would be worth 350 because the over all package is great. But if you only care about sound right now I would tell you guys look at the klipsch ear buds first generation because those gotta better sound then anything I got”

“Bang & Olufsen were high end last time I looked, or at least solid performing. The sound quality might be excellent in these but you hardly ever know as getting a reliable fit, consistently is nigh on impossible so often you end up listening to something that it sounds like was recorded in the days before bass. Maybe I have ears like a claret jug, or maybe they're tiny like a house mouse - I dunno, but getting a comfortable fits was also virtually impossible. For me, the touch controls are over sensitive and using this product while actually running or doing sport is a total pain as more often than not you give up on the touch controls and you have to resort to the app to change anything to do with the buds. Returned and replaced with Bose earbuds which out of the box are instantly a better fit, more reliable sound, stunning noise cancellation and responsive but not overly responsive touch controls. Granted they're an extra 100 quid but ce la vie.”

“The sound is very good and balanced but you have to look for the right positioning to be able to enjoy the bass.

In telephony it works very well contrary to what I have been able to read.

The touch controls are effective.

Comfort and support correct but not exceptional: As far as I'm concerned, the large ring holds the auricles well but is very quickly painful, with the intermediary, the support is correct but not flawless and becomes a bit painful after 1/2 hour. The foam tip is the most comfortable of the 4 but the support is poor and the bass is almost non-existent.

The charging box is quite aesthetic but induction charging works randomly.

and it empties in a few days without use.

I don't know what justifies the much higher price than the competitors, so I'm removing 1 star for the following reasons:

- comfort and keeps improving

- random induction charging

- no active filter (even if it's a sports version)

- The price”

“For £300 i expect things to work out of the box. The app and pairing process is terrible compared to apple and samsung intergration. Took 30min of repeated trying to get them to pair in the app. It also turns out they are much bigger and less secure in my ears that the other two options. Sound quality is good but not night and day better. Save the money and buy jabra, samsung, apple or even jaybird. These are nothing special.

These dont work with just the left earphone either. Everyone can now do single ear use except these expensive paper weights. This is old tech being used here. Furthermore these require repairing reguarly. I listened to them in the evening then went to use them in the morning and had to spend 15mins repairing. B and O dont appear to know what they are doing with the app or bluetooth very disappointing given they are alot more money that apple and samsung, who are already expensive, yet offer so much less usability and often dont work when needed. Avoid avoid avoid. I consider these to be not fit for purpose!”

“They actually do sound cancellation, when I first got them I was surprised that it worked as well as it has. I’d never experienced something like them. Better than anything I’ve had before or will again. They last a very long time (charge time), they have an app (you can use but don’t have to) they let you know they need to be charged and give you like 30-40mins before they actually die

If you charge the case, it will charge the headphones so they seem to last extra long.

Can’t recommend enough definitely get them”

“And yes, this is my full serious. Unfortunately, these are also expensive, but they are better than the Apple product.

But, unfortunately, the start is somewhat complicated. Until you have connected the things times with the Iphone it takes a while and it is also hardly to accomplish without user manual. Well, actually, this should work simply, intuitively and without user manual.

If it runs, however, then the headphones are really great. The best sound I've ever experienced at iNears. Bass, treble... just wonderfully well tuned. According to the manufacturer, they should be particularly good at sports and yes I can confirm that. Especially during long jogging, they are significantly better than comparable products and do not slip out when it gets bumpy or sweaty.”

“When I received them I was very excited, they looked spectacular and the first thing I did was try them with music. So far, everything was going well. But when I tried them with a call, I went from emotion to total disappointment, because when the headphones microphones were activated during the call, they began to emit a sound that prevents you from being able to hear the other person.

Initially I thought it could be a problem with the smartphone (Iphone 11 Pro) and to clear any doubts, I tested them with my laptop by making a video call by Zoom, and again it emitted a rather annoying sound. (sound similar to the alarm to adjust the belt of the car).

I complained to Amazon and they offered to change them.

I agreed to return the headphones I had received for new ones and to top it off when the second pair arrived and I tried them, they presented the exact same problem again.

At this moment I am going through the process of returning this second pair requesting a refund.

It is very disappointing that these headphones from a prestigious brand and at this price, have this problem.”

According to the real review of users, Bang & Olufsen beoplay e8 earphone is a good product, which has been appreciated by many users. However, it still has some shortcomings, such as overpriced. Its in-ear design will easily slide down during sport and cause discomfort to the ears. There are many headphones in the market, from which you can find headphones that are cost-effective and comfortable to wear, such as Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphone.

r/HeyNewGadget - Best waterproof earphone for sports:Bang & Olufsen beoplay e8 review

Hi Runner is perfect for use in sports or outdoors workouts.Because Hi Runner adopts an open-ear design, and its special working principle, the sound quality is not as good as that of noise-reducing headphones. However, Wissonly Hi Runner's design is completely appealing, which reduces the damage to the eardrum and protects the ear to the maximum extent, and it can keep the ear canal clean and hygienic. This is a healthy and hygienic earphone. Its open-ear design also allows you to easily hear the sound of cars and traffic lights in outdoor sports scenes such as running and walking, making you safer when using.

The Wissonly Hi Runner integral frame is made of adjustable aviation-grade titanium steel material, which can adapt to different sizes of head circumference and ensure stable wearing.   The surface of headphones is made of high-tech hypoallergenic silicone material, chemical free which avoids allergies, the overall touch of the headphone is as silky as baby skin, avoiding long-term wearing will feel uncomfortable. And it is very lightweight, less than 30g,which will not make the ears feel tired when worn it for a long time.

Although the name of Wissonly Hi Runner is Hi Runner, it also has an IPX8 waterproof rating higher than the industry standard, which allows it to work normally during swimming and diving, which is a great advantage of it.It is also equipped with 32G built-in storage, which can store 5000 songs, and supports two working modes of Bluetooth and MP3. In the scene of underwater sports or without a mobile phone, you can completely use it as a Bluetooth MP3 player.

Its performance is very powerful, equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 chip, which makes the connection more stable. Its battery life is very strong, it can be used continuously for 10 hours, and it supports magnetic fast charging. It makes up for the disadvantage of Bluetooth headphone.

In addition, Wissonly has made great efforts in improving sound quality. They have subverted the traditional sound quality scheme and adopted a large wireframing vibration unit to improve the effective vibration area through structural optimization, so that the sound has a good performance in both treble and bass.

In terms of price, it only costs 99.99 US dollars, which has a high cost performance!
