Best gym headphone:Beats studio 3 headphone review

Oct 24,2023 | David

The new Beats Studio 3 wireless headphone released by Beats in 2017 was very popular with fans at that time and it is still loved by many people today. The biggest difference between it and the old model lies in the newly added Apple W1 chip and Beats Pure ANC adaptive noise elimination system. The Beats Studio3 Wireless managed by this W1 energy-efficient chip can not only be instantly set up and connected with the iPhone, but also provide up to 22 hours of battery life in active noise reduction mode. Bold fashion style and streamlined design inherit the classic routine of Beats, and after several improvements, the wearing comfort and head beam strength have reached a satisfactory level.

“Y’all I’ve been reluctant to Beats product for working out but when these were on special used I had to jump on this deal. I got them and they where already charged which would suggest that the standby battery Lowe actually holds it’s charge. So let’s talk about the amazing sounds I got. Well I tested various songs on Apple Music and then when to MixCloud to hear what non-mastered audio sounds and the clarity was amazing. The sounds where hitting so hard I damn near wanted to go running. I’ll update you guys on that once I hit the gym and it gets some real world testing. One last thing, I held a conversation Over the phone and they said that they could hear me very well without knowing that I was talking to them on these headsets. I believe I waited and it paid off.”

“First of all, these are used?! I can't believe it. There is no way I would have guessed these were used! These headphones are originally $349 and I got them for $185. For Beats headphones, that's insane!! So, I actually own an old pair of Beats headphones and it was time to upgrade. I wanted an over-the-ear headphones and these are the perfect option for that. I can finally wear my glasses along with my headphones! Also, these are my first pair of headphones. It was really weird getting used to it for me to be honest. So, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and it connects flawlessly! The sound is amazing. They have definitely improved the quality of their headphones since my Beats headphones. The noise cancelling feature is so nice! I couldn't even hear myself vacuuming. So comfy. I don't even notice that I'm wearing them half the time. I haven't charged them since the first day I got them and they aren't even halfway dead yet. Definitely recommend and would definitely buy it again when I need to upgrade. I'll always choose Beats especially at this price! Also, even though it says in description that only the headphones are in the box it actually came with everything it's like if you bought it at an Apple store.”

“Before writing this review I took the time to contact the company in hopes they would do the right thing, and to their credit they responded quickly, that’s where the good news ends. I spent $217.00 on what is advertised as refurbished and essentially “as new” condition pair of head phones. These were purchased in June 2018 and stopped working February 2019. The warranty is 90 days, so by no means are they obligated to replace them, however I don’t think anyone would be satisfied with $217 for 8 months of use. I cannot in good faith recommend re-com or any of their offerings. Spend the extra money and get new ones, and avoid Re-Com.”

“Bought these headphones after reading the reviews, so we’re good and some were GREAT!

My personal experience was GREAT! Open the box and the head phones were in perfect condition. Connected easy to my phone, sound quality is amazing! I do use them in the gym and they do get a bit hot wearing them, but that’s all.

I’m still actually amazed in the condition I got them, not even a scratch on them.

It was a great by for me and use them 6 days a week with great battery life and quick charging time.”

“I have own the Beat Solos 1, 2 & 3 and thought I was happy with my purchase until now. I figure bigger was not always better, but in this case it is. Yes storage is a little more bulky compared to the Solo line, but once on your head, you truly will not feel a difference in the wear. Where it excelled for me is the over ear cup design. Now let me preference this by saying my ears are a tad on the smaller size compared to a "average size" ear. So my ear fitting in the cup for the most part compared to the cup resting on my ear with the Solos is a game changer. I workout, yard work & general use is extremely more comfortable. The noise cancellation is a good option to as well with the ability to turn it off when you don't need it or want to conserve battery. Then even that feature can be turned on and off through an iPhone or Apple Watch. Yes 24hr battery compared to 40hr battery life is not great. But it's not a hassle to charge. The pricing difference is well worth it. Especially if you purchase a "Renewed" pair like I did which saved me over $100 dollars. Pricing it competitive with the brand new Solo pricing.”

“I have to say, after reading all the ignorant reviews from below I felt very disappointed of this people, after reading that they think Sony headphones are better, or that they are not confortable, I mean come on, if you want the best headpones on earth go buy some Bowers and Wilkins, Harman Kardon, etc. This is Beats and as a mixing engineer I can say that the sound quality and noise cancelling are pretty okay, better than Sony, pretty competitive to Bose, I love power in headphones, something that Bose cant deliver, instead they care about nice fidelity in low volume, this Studio headphones deliver quality and power ( without breaking your ears ), also 100% compatible with your Apple products, this is headphones to Listen in the Gym, or while you are cooking, and for that they are pretty great. This is a great seller, their customer service is beyond perfect, so if your going to buy them, do it here.

Best of luck”

“First ever review for a product! I am going to focus just on the “renewed” concern some may have. After reading through reviews from others I was very worried about what I would be receiving.... I am happy to report my Beat Studios arrived in like new condition. They were packaged with all accessories and look and smell brand new. They connected with no issues and sound great. So far have only used a day, but I will update my review if any issues pop up down the road.”

“Not usually a review writer but felt I needed to write one for these headphones because of it being a 'renewed' item. Let me tell ya! These babies are perfect. The pair I got came in the original box (which was dinged up, no big deal) with all the original accessories which were still wrapped and unused. They even smelled like new. They work/sound perfect and the battery life is great. I've bought several 'renewed' products off of Amazon and I have yet to be disappointed.

I'm not much of a bass person so I cannot attest to the quality. The sound is on par if not better than my AirPods and AirPods Pro. Noise cancellation works great and I like the fact that you can turn it off and on. A lot of people commented on them breaking. Beats are known to break at the hinges. As long as you aren't ripping them off your head and aggressively folding them together then you will be fine. Just take care of your stuff.”

“Great investment, got the black and gold!. I listened to my awesome music at the gym, this headphones will give you the best life. I used them almost everyday even to sleep. I kept letting them fall meanwhile I was training several times that I've lost track. Very resistant but all takes their time until it stopped working. Right side stopped sounding. Bought in in the middle of April and now we're at the beginning of November. This set were my best travel partner, I wish I can just get them fixed.

I'm thinking to invest in other set! Take care of your headphones. I had pure bliss using them.”

“I bought these headphones less than a year ago. I have taken great care of these and use them primarily while working or walking. Overall, the quality of sound has been great. However, just now, as I sit on a bench in the park listening to music the headphone falls off my head. The right earphone has a plastic piece that connects it to assembly that goes over your head...it has completely broken off into pieces. I can’t believe this. I could probably tape it together but it would be totally embarrassing. Has this happened to anyone else?”

Most users have given favorable reviews on beats studio3 headphone, which shows that it is a good headphone. However, no headphone is perfect, and it still has some shortcomings, such as too expensive, and its on-ear design does not fit everyone's head circumference, so it is easy create pressure on the head.To be too bulky and limited use scenarios. If you want to find headphones that are suitable for a variety of scenes, more comfortable to wear and more functional in the market, Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphone is a good recommendation.

This is a bone-conducting Bluetooth headphone especially suitable for sports. Wissonly promotes the concept of healthy enjoyment of good sound quality, and its products focus on not hurting the ear. The Wissonly Hi Runner's completely not-in-ear design minimizes the damage to the eardrum and maximizes ear protection, and it keeps the ear canal clean and hygienic, making it a healthy and hygienic headphone. Its open-ear design also allows you to easily hear the sound of cars and traffic lights in sports scenes such as running and walking outdoors, making you safer when using it.

The most important thing for the headphone is the comfort, fit and stability, and the overall frame of the Hi Runner is made of adjustable aviation-grade titanium steel, which can adapt to different sizes of head circumference, ensuring a fit and stability when wearing. The surface of the headphones is made of high-tech low-sensitivity silicone material, which does not contain chemical components to avoid allergies. The overall feel of the headphone is as smooth as baby's skin, avoiding uncomfortable wearing for a long time. And it weighs very lightly, less than 30g, so it will not feel heavy when worn, which ensures wearing comfort.

It is inevitable to sweat or encounter sudden rain during outdoor sports, so it is a great test for the waterproof performance of the headphones. Although the name of Wissonly Hi Runner is Hi runner, it also has an IPX8 waterproof rating higher than the industry standard, which makes it work normally when swimming and diving, and the ordinary sweat proof and waterproof are naturally without any problem, which is a great advantage of it.

It is very powerful and equipped with a Bluetooth 5.0 chip, which makes the connection more stable. It is also equipped with 32G body memory, which can store 5000 songs, and supports Bluetooth and MP3 working modes. When you're playing underwater or don't have a phone, you can use it as a Bluetooth MP3 player.

Its battery life is very strong, it can be used continuously for 10 hours, and it supports magnetic fast charging, which makes up for the disadvantages of Bluetooth headphones.

In terms of sound quality, it is also excellent. Wissonly Hi Runner revolutionizes the traditional sound quality scheme by using a large wireframe vibration unit, improving the effective vibration area through structural optimization, so that the sound can perform well in both treble and bass.
