“They sound good and are lightweight, and pretty much were everything I could ask for in a pair of exercise earbuds. I did have a bit of issue at times with keeping them in my ears, as the flanges that come with them don't do the best job in the world of supporting them, but it wasn't too bad.The battery pouch is nice and alleviates the issue, but for how I used the earbuds, I never actually used the pouch for charging.

I do wish they'd come with some sort of cable management though, as the cable between buds is a bit long.

Unfortunately, after about 10-11 months of using them 5-6 times a week, the main power button started to not respond well, giving me issues turning on or off the BackBeats, sometimes activating things like the call back function or just not responding at all without about 5 minutes of fiddling. This is likely due to how I would completely turn off the earbuds after every run instead of just disconnecting them from my Moto X and letting them hibernate. It also didn't occur to me until a few weeks after the warranty was up to get them replaced, which is on me.

Since the earbuds failed due to seeming wear and tear for how much I used them and I was the one at fault for not getting them warrantied, I can't dock them for breaking down.

They are overall a good set of bluetooth earbuds.”

“I purchased this product for my wife and I to test. I own an older pair of wireless bluetooth headphones that I found entirely too cumbersome and wanted something smaller. The BackBeat GO 2 did not disappoint. These headphones come with 3 sets of earbuds for personal fit, a short usb charging cable, and a usb to two-prong wall adaptor for charging the device. The earbuds fit us both perfectly and the rubber wings prevent them from sliding around too much during high-impact exercises. The bluetooth radio in these headphones is vastly superior to my headphones' radio. I have a two story home and have had no connectivity problems while roaming away from my audio devices. This device also works well as a hands free headset when you're on the go. Last, but most certainly not least, these headphones have excellent sound. I was amazed at the audio quality given their size, but this product delivers as promised.

The only reason I gave this product 4 stars was the short battery life. Given their small size, I wasn't too surprised to find they'd only last about 4.5 hours before needing a recharge. Not terribly inconvenient for short commutes, but a bit of a problem for those long flights. I also purchased the charging case which is attractive not necessary.

I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a light, well manufactured set of bluetooth stereo headphones, with excellent sound, try the BackBeat GO 2.”

“I'm a cubicle dweller and I like to be able to block out noise. I do light exercise stairs and treadmills). I like to garden. I listen to a lot of Pod Casts and I like my music. I did not want to buy different headphones for each of these activities. I've tried a few other bluetooth headsets and these have been the best so far. The downside is that they don't run all day - but the upside (and why I got this one) is the battery pack.”

“Great sound and time used was fine. Used them on plane trip and had no problem. Just remember that in airplane mode you need to turn on Bluetooth for then to work. With light exercise they will stay in your ears but if your flailing your head around they are going to come out. talking on phone they sound great but if your in the wind your party will hear wind noise.”

“ I have not had any problems with these headphones falling out of my ear in the gym, they only pop out if I'm doing a reverse hand-stand push-up. I wouldn't expect any in ear or over ear headphones to stay on when I'm doing that type of exercise. The charge holds for my set of headphones for quite a long time and the charge case also holds the charge. I have observed an average of 7 days of case holding charge while 3 days for the headphones with daily use. Under lighter use these times go longer. I do not use these for phone calls as they don't offer great sound isolation for the mic ( this the 4 stars ). Siri voice recognition via the mic is accurate only if you are in a quiet environment. The headphones come with several pairs of ear buds. I had to experiment with them to get the right size for my ears. They do get uncomfortable inside my ears after 1.5 hrs of continuous use. I usually take a break from them after that anyhow. All in all I will recommend them for gym use but will suggest that you take a break from them after one hour of continuous use. For in ear they have good sound quality. You can't expect concert hall sound from these anyways.”

“I really liked this phone, but what happened to me made me unhappy. Sound quality is great and battery life is ok(5 hours or so). The problem is that the mic is ultra sensitive, so it makes hard for people to understand you if you are in a place with mild noise. The battery case is useless. It's hard to stuff the phone inside the case so I usually prefer to use my other external battery I carry or any other usb cable near me. I guess it can be useful if someone does not have any other multi use battery. The case only charges the headset.

After 6 months of use, the cable started to open and the wires were leaving out of it. I don't know how it happened and I used a tape to isolate the section that was opening. One month later, the left earpiece stopped working and another place of the wire opened =/

Right now I'm trying to get a replacement, but they don't ship to Brazil.”

No stupid wires to get hung up in equipment while working out. A problem with wired earphones is the cable getting hung up with vigorous exercise. These work great and stay in my ears.

The comfort is great the earbuds on the earphones while large fit well and stay in my ears while working out on the eliptical or treadmill.

The quality is very good. No sharp edges on the plastic and the wires are not overly thin so the should last

“I've been looking for the perfect bluetooth solution for the gym, and it's been surprisingly difficult. Headsets are typically either too bulky, have poor audio, or are too fragile. This headset does very well on all three fronts.

"Fragile" is probably the last term I'd use to describe them. They're heavy-duty and obviously made for withstanding someone who exercises heavily. Sweat has no impact on them, and the rubberized cable ensures that the wires won't short if it gets crimped in a gym bag.

They're not bulky at all, either. There's no module to hang around your neck or other noticable place housing a big battery. As a matter of fact, it's not very obvious where they put the battery - the headset is literally two earbuds connected by a heavy-duty cable. This makes it very comfortable to wear whether you're standing up doing curls or laying down for bench presses.

The audio is the only place I would even have the slightest complaint, and it's not really the fault of the headset (I think my ear canals are a bit big). The bass quality is heavily dependent on how well the buds fit in your ears - the more snug you can fit them, the better the bass will be. When they're fitted just right, the sound quality is great. I have a little trouble getting them to fit just right for the perfect bass, so I spend some time adjusting them while I'm working out.

The case doubling as a charger is a HUGE perk - I've forgotten to charge my headset (the battery starts to go after I finish two 1.5 hour workouts), but if I pop them on the case charger for 20 minutes or so, they get enough juice to get me through. I really don't use the case as a case ever - I only use it as an emergency charger.

Overall, I'm ridiculously pleased with this headset. If you're into working out, treat yourself and get the right equipment - it really makes a difference.”

“I bought these headphones exclusively for mountain biking, the flat wire allowed me to route them through the inside of my bike helmet comfortably. They are lightweight and fit securely in the ears. So far the ear buds have hold in place to the bouncing and active use. The signal is constant, the sound is good and noise cancellation is good too. These have a very nice, soft and durable rubber finish which is forgiving to dirt, dust, as well as moisture. I find very easy to wipe them clean after every use.

The downside of these is the battery life. These are advertised to offer up to 14-1/2 hours of listening time when fully charged however, somehow they never last me more than 4 hours of continuous use. I do not bike all day so it does not bother me that much but still feel mislead.

If you are looking for a rugged, durable and comfortable headset these may be for you however, make sure to get the charging case too because you will need it.”

“I bought these to wear around my office and while I'm at my computer. I use a standing desk and needed something easier to listen to music so that I'm not so attached to my computer. The battery life is decent, I don't have any other Bluetooth devices to compare to, but they seem to last a couple of hours before needing to be charged. They connected easily to my iPhone 5 also. The main complaint I have, and this applies to most in-ear headphones, is the comfort. I tried switching to different sizes of the in-ear rubber pieces but they were still pretty uncomfortable. Especially after more than 30 minutes of wear. I would have preferred this if they used the typical earbud design instead of the in-ear piece, I know that it is supposed to help with the sound quality and noise canceling, but they just aren't comfortable enough to really be worth that.”
