“I love my kids but being home with them 24/7 on top of homeschooling leads to no alone/quiet time. Enter, the Shokz running headphones. These have been a LIFESAVER for those moments when I need a little quiet time to listen to music, audible books, podcasts or videos but still need to be able to hear my kiddos. Also, I was impressed with the long lasting battery life — I listen to them a lot and rarely have to recharge. I highly recommend these headphones!!”

“After using these for a while, I HAVE to say these are the BEST headphone for people who make a lot of Phone calls. Music quality is great but not like actual earbuds or headphones.

When you have these on max volume it can hurt for a slight second. But that goes away real fast.

Very comfortable for all day use and battery last me all day aswell.

For price to performance, this is the best bang for your buck.”

“The sound quality is varible depending where the tansducer pads rest near your ear. acceptable microphone makes clear plone calls or recordings. ABSOLUTELY amaizing battery life of 8–10 hours of heavy use, and my last one I had ran almost two years of consistant use without batterry failure before I lost it. These makes calls, podcasts, audio dictation or just music listening more comfortable than earphones or buds. Less heat build up and its easier to hear people speak to you as the ear canal isnt covered. Legal for bikes or driving for the same reason. Repeatedly heavy sweat resistant, UNLIKE two $40 knock offs from Amazon and AliExpress. They each lasted almost a month, but the origional just keeps working. Will wrap aroung head, neck, or male upper arm comfortable when not in use.”

“Love the quality of calls and clarity of them. Amazing sound with it being loud but not loud enough for people around to hear. Only issue which is why i gave it a 4/5 is the band size. i expected it to wrap around and have extra in back like in the picture. If i move my head the wrong way the device moves slightly. Looking at the Q&A the bone conducting part is supposed to be the only part touching your head, apparently not for people with large sized heads. Would be nice to have an adjustable band length.”

“When first using the running headphones I was surprised at how well I could hear things despite the headphones not being directly over my ears. When I use this outside, I can still hear all my surroundings while still being able to hear whatever I am listening to. One downfall of the headphones is their short battery life. I’ve owned previous headphones in the past and they have had a much longer battery life. The headphones spend a longer time on the charger than I want them to. Despite that, I still love the headphones and definitely think they were a great buy.”

“I’ve been wanting to try these types of earbuds headphones for so long because my ears get sore after a while of wearing earbuds and I’ve tried many different kinds I ordered these today They also arrived today which was awesome as soon as they arrived I got them put them on to try them out immediately I noticed the band that goes around your neck is huge it sticks out from the back of your neck at least probably two to three inches and it is stiff so it’s not pliable you definitely couldn’t work out laying back on anything with us on otherwise it pushes the ear part away from your face If you have long hair you will not be comfortable with this on the back of your head If anything they should make this adjustable but it’s not also if you have the volume up at least three to five maybe a rattles your eardrums so much to where they start itching and tickling to your ear drums to where you just want to stick something down in there if you know what I mean these may be for some people these were definitely not for me I hated everything about him and I wanted to love them so bad . But on the plus side if you have a big old head and you like things to tickle deep down inside your eardrum then they are definitely for you”

“Had an older set of running bone conduction headphones that bit the dust. Went with the Shokz and am very pleased. sound quality is good. I like the EQ adjustment for music vs podcasts. and the volume is stronger than my old headphones, which is good for outdoor exercise and yardwork. so pleased with the purchase.”

“I always hated the ear buds in my ears when I go to the gym or take a walk. These don’t go in your ears so they are very comfortable, I can have these on without irritation when I’m at the gym for a few hours. The sound quality is outstanding. I highly recommend these, in fact after I bought these for myself I purchased one for my wife as well.”

“This is my first pair of running headphones that didn’t go into or on my ears so I was a bit hesitant about how they would work but I have really enjoyed them. I mostly listen to podcasts while I run and these are great for that. They also let me hear people, cars, nature, whatever around me as my ears are free. Overall, I have been impressed with these headphones”

“Bought Feb ’23. It’s May ’23. Left speaker randomly shuts off, after a little while it starts working again. This is not due to a song or the audio output, because I made sure by noting when it happened and checked later with the same headphones and they worked in that spot. They are also becoming difficult to hear unless at max volume which then vibrates heavily against my skull. They no longer fully charge got maybe 2hrs out of them, they used to last all day.

Overall for 3 months of light wear, they are failing badly. My last set of in ear and different brand lasted 3 yrs. I just had an ear problem which made me consider these.

Tried to get a refund or return apparently 3 months is out of warranty. Will not buy again or recommend.”

The comprehensive review of Aftershokz openmove running headphone is good, and it can get 4.5 points out of 5 points. But after all, it is an entry-level bone conduction earphone, so there are still some shortcomings, such as its function is not powerful enough.

There are different bone conduction headphones on the market, and there are also substitutes with stronger functions and high cost performance. Among them, Wissonly Hi Runner is a good recommendation.

Recommended reason:

The design team of Wissonly bone conduction headphones started to research bone conduction acoustics as early as 2012. Their technical accumulation in the field of bone conduction is very good, and they are a team that is good at technology.

Wissonly Hi Runner adopted Wissonly 3.0 technology to reduce sound leakage in bone conduction headphones. They reduced the sound transmission from the bone vibration unit directly to the air through the completely closed design of the headphones’ body. They also used high-quality cushioning materials to minimize the vibration of the body, thus reducing the sound leakage by more than 90%. I did a test, turned on Hi Runner, adjusted the volume to 70%, and within a distance of 1m, I couldn’t hear any sound at all. This kind of sound leakage reduction performance has been well received by users since wissonly released the sound leakage reductiontechnology. This technical scheme is the best leak-proof among bone conduction headphones at present.

The headphones’ body of Wissonly Hi Runner is made of memory titanium, which can self-adjust the contact area, ensuring a good wearing experience of headphones at any time, taking into account more users with different head circumference. Moreover,it adopts integrated molding technology, with no holes in the headphones’ body and it is no splicing, which realizes IPX8 waterproof, and can be used for swimming and bathing. Even in the depth of 20 meters, diving is no problem.

Hi Runner can be said to be very sincere in configuration. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 chip, which makes the connection more stable, and can realize fast connection and switching of multiple devices. Built-in 32G memory can store 5000 songs. When you go out for a run, you can enjoy music without your mobile phone.

The battery life is also very good and supports fast charging. It can be played continuously for more than 10 hours at normal volume, which is good for me, because I go out for outdoor sports on weekends, and I often go out for a whole day.
