“Personally, I haven’t used any high end earbuds but these JBL earbuds are great! Especially for the price (I purchased on sale for $50.) The sound quality is good. You can also change EQ settings and even create your own custom EQ. The battery life is super solid. I’d say I get 3–4 hours on a full charge, and the case provides about 3–4 charges. “They sound great when you can get them to work. I got these as a replacement for some AirPods I misplaced. Persistent issues I’ve faced with this product are the buds cutting out every 30 seconds. This somehow goes away when I have the case near. Another is the bulkiness of the buds themselves. In the middle of a lift, they tend to fall off. I’ve had JBLs before and I loved them. These? Not so much. They do make a pretty decent back up pair though.”

Right earbud quit functioning within a couple weeks of normal use. When I contacted their product support they wanted me to run around town to find a place that will ship them back. Even with this, they required THREE WEEKS to determine if a replacement was necessary and provide one.
In short, the product is absolutely faulty and their replacement policy requires entirely too much time. Amazon was good enough to accept them as a return. Replaced them with a quality product.”
