“I absolutely love these earbuds and the JBL app made them even better. very clear sound, great noise canceling I could hardly hear anything even with nothing playing on them, great volume these earbuds get very loud and pretty quick to charge with good battery life for both the case and buds. These headlines are also great quality. Unfortunately I lost my left bud (no fault but my own) I set it down or put it in a pocket out of the case and haven’t found it. I was so mad I will definitely be ordering another pair since individual replacement bud isn’t offered.”

“I have been a long time JBL customer. I find their products decently priced, easy to use, and sound quality is usually good. These earbuds are very comfy and light. I can wear them for hours with zero pain. With that said, they don’t feel secure right away. Took some getting used to. The default sound is alright but these link to the JBL app and you can alter the EQ to your liking which I love. For the price and performance I definitely recommend. Especially if you wear earbuds for long periods of time. I will say the noise cancel feature isn't great. If you are buying specifically for that feature, I’d skip these.”

“What gives, JBL? I love my JBL Charge 4 Bluetooth speaker, so when I was looking for good earbuds I was excited to give these a try. Seriously, the sound quality was worse than the $17 Tozo earbuds. “I was very pleased with these earbuds at first, great sound, and excellent noise canceling for the price. Flash forward to 3 months later the sound quality in the right ear stopped working. I have tried to clean, tried to reset everything but still have the same thing happen. The weird thing is that at first, it starts ok then progresses back to quiet. In the end, I should have gone with something more pricey that may have better quality. I may try one more thing if it works I will remove the review, until then consider this my full review.

Update: JBL had very decent customer service. They sent a replacement for the broken earphones. They're working well so far.”

“As Bluetooth earbuds go, they are great. Lots of cool features if you download the app. I really wanted these to work out. They feel and look great. However, the left earbud always falls out. I tried the various ear buds adapters but the earbud still fell out. It's clearly an issue with the anatomy and size of my ear. I don’t fault the product for this. However, at the end of the day, paying $60 for only being able to use one of two headphones is kind of lame.”

“You put them in parallel to the ground and twist them all the way back. Not like in the quick start guide. So they are almost upside down. Fits perfect now with sonic foam tips. And yes they fit in the case. Medium SF 2 anyways. What a pain to set them in place, but the batteries are good so i can leave them in for hours. Sound is great and don’t have to worry about them falling out.”

“These quickly became my favorite buds. They are cheaper and better than the Pixel buds and the batter life is super good! I rarely have to charge the case and when I do, it charges quickly. “The button on the earbud is so sensitive. I have to be extremely careful when I am just holding it in my hand or I’ll accidentally skip to the next episode of my podcast. But when they are in my ear, I hit the buttons and hear the tone that it recognized I hit it, and it won’t do the command. It won’t play or pause my video, or answer my calls, or skip. So I have to touch my phone anyway. They also constantly fall out of my ears. I have tried every size and nothing works. Even when I am just sitting at my desk they slowly fall out every few minutes. Not worth the money at all. 100% regret buying.”
