“I didn’t buy these on Amazon but I had to leave a review. I’ve owned a lot of earbuds over the years and these are in my opinion the best I have had. Sound quality, battery life & taking phone calls are great. I’m a big guy- but most earbuds hurt my ears; as a kid I had bad ear problems, tubes etc.. these fit nice! They don't give me headaches or pain in my ear canals like most earbuds I’ve tried would. The wired apple earbuds would destroy me after 30min of use. If you find these on sale and you’re picky about the size of your earbuds.. try these for sure! My only complaint is sometimes one earbud will turn on the ambient noise feature and the other will stay off. I prefer that feature tuned off but I’m not too concerned about it.”

“So to start off these sound great. They fit well and don’t get loose while out and about. A few things I don’t like are after a while they start to hurt and feel uncomfortable. Also for some reason the case will randomly stay on after I put the buds in the case and close it.

This drains my phone battery very quickly. I thought my phone was bricked but the battery was dead due to the earbud case not turning off. It sounds crazy but that's what I think happened. I never had this happen ever until I got these.

Overall it's still a good pair of earbuds. The bass is fantastic and the sound quality is very good. Now I just make sure the case is off before I put it away.”

“I feel like JBL is the perfect marriage of quality and affordability. I just want a working set of ear buds! I've only had them for less than three months and the right ear bud already stopped working. Then when I "forgot" the device on my phone so I could reconnect them as part of the troubleshooting, they were not "discoverable". They were not dirty and I've never dropped the case. Not sure what happened. We all know nothing is made to last these days but surely I'd hoped to get at least a year or two out of them. Although it is a hassle to use the warranty, I'm glad it's there. But in the meantime, I have no headphones and I'll be damned if I'm going back to wired ones! I'm not the type of person to have two sets of earbuds so I guess I'll wait for replacements? Not happy.”

“As much as I love JBL products I've owned over 15 different wireless speakers from the clip to the flip to the charge and the extreme series and this product the Reflect Mini NC earbuds have me angry. I've tried all the instructions and all the internet has to offer on how to fix the issue of my left earbud not staying on or just not connecting when it is on. Name it and I've looked it up since I've gotten them and nothing has worked I'd like to please have someone help me fix this or send me a new pair BC I've wasted 80$ plus protection plan that has no options for my issue.”

“These sound great and the personalization is awesome for the equalizer as well as just pair and listen. Noise cancellation works fine for as far as I would use it which is really not much. My cons are that the cord that comes with case is extremely short so be ready to use your phone’s C cord and that the buds themselves HURT my ears after 2 hrs or less depending on the ear which kept me switching ears or constantly moving the bud around which becomes a pest for everyday wear. If you have small ear openings this not a good bud choice.. JBL PLEASE MAKE THIS EXACT MODEL WITH A SMALLER BUD FOR LITTLE EARS.”

Battery life is great in my experience, obviously not as good as my over-your-ear headphones because the batteries can't be as big as those. “I got these earbuds because they have a good waterproof rating and I knew I could wear them in the shower, though I recently lost pair of these I noticed how it stands out in one big way. You can use either earbud as the main one, with my other JBL earbuds, the Live300TWS I noticed the right one was the main one and the left one didn’t even work without the right one being out. these ones are great in quality, battery, water resistance, comfortable, and excellent customization with the app. After also losing my other JBL’s I am returning to these.”

“Do not buy these ear buds. I'm on my 2nd pair and getting ready to return them.

The 1st pair lost 50% of their volume for no apparent reason. Plus they were regularly losing the connection one to the other.

The 2nd pair regularly lost their BT connection to my phone. Very aggravating, especially when on a phone call. Additional they often failed to pair one the other, so you would have no sound in one ear. Now I've lost all sound in the left bud. Even though it is charged and the LED on the bud is lit, and the button works to control the noise canceling feature. But there is no sound.”
