“I wore the earplugs at work last night. They still hurt and they still fall out. There is no way to change the tips to make them smaller or larger. They are a one size fits all. I only wear one at a time so that when one ear becomes too sore and tender, I switch to the other. The sound is still great! BUT... now the Bluetooth connection drops. When this happens, I have to unpair the buds and restart my phone before I can pair up again. This is annoyingly inconvenient. I hope they improve on the design for the $75 you pay for them.

There is a rubber flap or something that is coming off on the right bud. And that one won't connect to my Bluetooth only the left knee works. But I am hardly wearing that one, I feel something that feels like hard seams. I try repositioning it, turning it this way or that, and it gets worse. WHAT A WASTE!”

“Bought these Tune 225 TWS earbuds a while back, and within a few months the battery on the left corroded and it quit working. I sent them back for a replacement. The replacement had no sound on the left unit. Sent them back again. The next replacement didn't come for a long time, so I called. They didn't have the same color (black) so I let them send a different color. The batteries on the THIRD set only last a couple of hours at most.

Now to the build quality. They are hard and don't stay in your ear. Sound is OK if you can get them inserted just right. I won't spend the money to buy JBL again (and I was a huge fan before!)”
