“I’ve been using these for about a month at the time of review. I normally have a harder time finding earbuds that are comfortable in my ears for more than 30 minutes or so. Normally the only ones that work for me are ones where I can use foam ear tips, but the shape of these buds actually do work for me, with or without the included silicon tips. The sound quality is also very impressive, especially considering the price. The noise cancelling capability (with the silicone tips) is also fantastic for the price. I also enjoy the easy-to-use app and fully customizable EQ. The only thing I miss on these is a wireless charging case. There are better earbuds out there for sure, but I can’t imagine any others in this price range. Definitely recommend these!”

“I have been using these earbuds every day since I got them and so far, so good. The sound quality is surprisingly good and I would say comparable to the apple earbuds but not as expensive. The audio output is nice, crisp, and clear. There are shortcuts (pause, play, next) on the earbuds themselves but that’s something to get used to. The earbuds fit well and do not easily come out. The case is small and sleek but slippery so I may need to get a silicone casing for it. For the price, these are really good earbuds that are worth it.”
Review 3: ★★★☆☆
“I’m sorry JBL, but my location is none of your business. The JBL app forces you to give it permission to location information on your phone. It doesn’t allow you to select the “location less” option. This is not acceptable. A stupid earphone doesn’t need to know where I am. JBL has even less need.”
Review 4: ★★☆☆☆
“I bought it because the design was good, but there were a few things I was concerned about, so I’ll post it. There are times when the sound at the time of connection is loud, but there are times when the volume is lowered but “connected” is roaring, and my ears die. Noisy when riding a bicycle Due to the structure of the earphones, they pick up wind sounds from bicycles, etc., and are slightly noisy. It’s hard to pull the earphones out of the case.”
Review 5: ★★★★★
“I have some JBL products that I am happy with so I didn’t hesitate to get these. I like these earbuds. I am happy with the sound, and it can also be adjusted in the app with the equalizer if desired. The buds fit me well after changing out the tips, and they are pretty secure in my ears. The controls are different than I am used to with my other brand of earbuds, but it will be easy enough to adjust. I am happy with these earbuds.”
Review 6: ★★★★★
“I recently purchased the JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds in Black, and I must say that they have exceeded my expectations in many ways. These earbuds offer a great combination of impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and reliable noise cancellation, making them a solid choice for anyone seeking a reliable audio experience on the go.”
Review 7: ★★★★★
“I have long respected JBL sound and build quality and these earbuds are no exception. They sound great and have plenty of useful features. The instruction manual is a breath of fresh air as it is written in understandable English. The included earpieces make it easier to achieve a good fit- meaning that the earpieces don’t seem to fall out as often…”
Review 8: ★★★☆☆
“I think the sound is pretty good. The adjustments also work with the app. The main call is while driving or working during work, but there are too many cases where it doesn’t charge (still paired) even though you take it off and put it in the case after the phone is over. It won’t charge unless you push it in so forcefully that you think it might be bad contact or it might break. What’s this?”
Review 9: ★★★★★
“For the tier of earbud that this is in, I think it’s pretty good quality. The noise cancellation works well. They fit in my ears well. Don’t fall out easily. Plenty of battery life. Connects well to phone and the sound is crisp. Would definitely recommend!”
Review 10: ★☆☆☆☆
“The product itself is very good, but delivery was the worst, and even though no placement was specified, it was placed at the front door without permission, and it was so wet in the rain that the cardboard was tattered just by holding it due to the heavy rain of guerrillas.
Since the product was not wrapped in nylon, even the box of the product was wet, so I contacted support, but I was told to order it again and return it by cash on delivery, but they said that it would take quite a while for the product to arrive, so I couldn’t make it in time because it was a present, so I gave up on returning it. Even though it’s a great product, it’s awful.”
Although these earbuds have received a lot of positive feedback from users for their good sound quality and noise cancellation, there are still some users who are dissatisfied because the audio on these earbuds can be intermittent and JBL’s after-sales service is not considerate enough.
So, if you’re looking for a headphone that is suitable for your daily use, you can spend the same roughly 100 dollars on bone conduction headphones instead of the JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Earbuds, and the Wissonly Hi Runner is a meaningful alternative.
The following are the reasons for recommendation:
Wissonly bone conduction headphones is the first brand I came into contact with. I first found it on the crowdfunding website. Later, I bought it after seeing many people’s recommendations in some online running forums. After my long-term comparative test, the overall function of this Hi Runner model product is very powerful, which greatly exceeds my expectations.
Their team is one of the best talents in the field of bone conduction. The product director was once the core engineer of a first-line brand, and has accumulated 10 years’ experience in the field of bone conduction technology. Wissonly Hi Runner increases the vibration area of the sound source vibrator by 35% through excellent structural design, which makes the music feel more spatial and immersive.
Plus, it is excellent in sound leakage reduction. The fully wrapped design reduces the vibration of the shell, and the structural optimization makes the sound leakage wave be offset, thus avoiding 90% sound leakage, which is much better than the bone conduction headphones of the same price on the market.
The fully-enclosed design of Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphones makes its waterproof grade to IPX8, which means that you can wear it for bathing, swimming and even diving within 20 meters.
Even better, the Hi Runner headphones has a built-in storage of 32GB, which can store 5,000 songs. It can still be used without the mobile phone, because it supports both MP3 mode and Bluetooth mode. It is also equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 chip, which makes it superior to most bone conduction headphones in transmission distance, connection stability and power consumption.
