“I walk about 4 to 5 miles every morning and find these headphones to be comfortable on my walk and the sound is more than adequate for listening to podcasts and audible books. Sound for listening to music is also very good but a true audiophile might want better.
Also use them in my wood shop as an alternative to wireless 3M Work Tunes. These do not block out enough sound in the shop when the dust collector, and table saw or, (especially noisy), thickness planer are running. For those operations I wear the heavier duty 3M’s.
Batteries once charged seem to go on for a very long time — days of 4 to 6 hour use. I just charge them when convenient to do so with the same cord as my MacBook. Negatives; I do not like the button placement for on/off. I find myself removing the headphones to use that function. And the cord that comes with the headphones is way too short.”

“I just got these this morning and they’re great for the price! Not mind blowing but they’re an excellent option if you aren’t trying to blow $300–400 on headphones. ANC is good, and even with it turned off and nothing playing, the headphones block out sound well! I live in the city and I’m really sensitive to sound, so these are super nice.”

“Having a consistent problem with like an echo or skipping of sound even when near device. I haven’t had these long, but it seems more consistent than not. It’s quite annoying when I’d rather not blast music and clean around the house, so my kids can watch their shows.
They are very comfortable. For the times that there are no apparent connection issues they work great. I’d say semi noise canceling.”
Review 4: ★★☆☆☆
“The ear muffs are too small to cover the ear… merely rested over the ear and pressed the ear between the muff and my head. Understand that I do not have a large hat size so these would be completely unusable for someone with a larger head and would have been unbearable on an international flight. These would be fine for a small child but not for an adult.”
Review 5: ★★★★☆
“Works great connecting to iPhone and iPad. Has been a bit tricky connecting to my 2019 Mac retina 21”, although I do get it to eventually connect by “forgetting the device” in the Bluetooth setting in the System then repairing. The noise canceling was the main reason I bought it. That aspect of the headphones is great particularly considering the price point. The battery life is also impressive.”
Review 6: ★★★☆☆
“Don’t get me wrong. Sound quality is excellent but I’m getting a lot of creaking and popping sounds from inside the headphones. When I have them on if I turn my head sideways or up and down I get these noises. Hell I had it done it one time while I wearing them and about to fall asleep and scared the crap auto me.”
Review 7: ★★★★☆
“Decent headphones but confusing because of POOR control placement.
These headphones are difficult to operate as the controls are small and on only the right side. The controls have no feel to differentiate between power, noise cancelling. The volume control is superfluous as you have to remember which end increases or decreases the setting and then it adjusts the source rather than any amp in the phones. These phones really only need 2 buttons, power and noise cancelling.”
Review 8: ★★★☆☆
“Hard plastic not made to keep for a long time. Bass is you get what you pay for. It’s not super high quality but it’s not that low grade either. No super complaints if you’re looking for some extra head phones to replace lost headphones until you can afford to pay for high quality. There ranked right above cheap sounding . And right below high quality.”
Review 9: ★★★★★
“I tied a leather lace between the earphones and hung the top part of the headphones under my chin with the leather lace over the top of my head, so I could put my outdoor hat on to cut the grass in the hot sun. With my sunglasses on too, I must have looked like a hoot, but the noise cancellation worked a treat!”

“I ordered this JBL noise canceling headphones for known brand reputation. I’m so disappointed in JBL with poor quality of product coming from China now. The right side started to pop and rattle with base of music after using it twice in less than 2 weeks of having it. I have another JBL headphones that also started doing the same thing! Don’t buy JBL!”
Analyzing the reviews of users, we can learn that the sound quality and battery of these headphones are excellent. But they still leave many users feeling disappointed. Because they have too small ear cups for adults, these headphones would be more suitable for children. In addition, their noise cancellation is not perfect, and they do not work well after only two weeks of use.
For consumers who need a headphone for daily office or sports, bone conduction headphones are undoubtedly the best choice. We recommend the Wissonly Hi Runner, which is an ear-hanging headphone that fits users of any head circumference.
Here are the reasons for recommendation:
I noticed Wissonly bone conduction headphones when they were first crowdfunded online. And later, I saw that some otologists were recommending them on online forums, so I bought them.
This Hi Runner is their flagship product whose overall functionality is also the most perfect. The headphone use the latest research from the Wissonly lab. It increases the vibrating area of the vibrator by 35% and optimizes the direction of sound transmission to make the sound more concentrated, resulting in a wider range and more spatial of the music.
The brand claims that its sound quality is HI-FI level, and I actually tested it myself. I thought that the sound quality was very close to HI-FI level, but it did not reach this level. Of course, the current sound quality is satisfactory enough.
Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphones are also equipped with a new Bluetooth 5.0 chip that has stronger anti-interference ability, that can easily cope with various complex outdoor scenes, and ensures the good mood during exercise is not disturbed by disconnection.
Meanwhile, the stable connection also brings low latency performance, and there is no problem in listening to songs, following dramas, and playing games. What’s more, they have 32G of built-in memory that can store 5,000 songs. This helps you to enjoy music when you are exercising outdoors without your phone.
In terms of comfort, the Wissonly Hi Runner performs well, it is very light, only less than 30g, and it does not feel any weight to wear. The body is made of titanium alloy which makes it have a good fit, and you don’t need to worry about their falling off during sports.
The waterproof of the Wissonly Hi Runner deserves special mention, and it is IPX8 grade. It means that you can carry it underwater for up to 20 meters and still use it normally, which is crazy!
