Review 1: ★★★★★

Reviewed in the United States:

“The product is great. So great I got one for each member of my family and we all ditched the Apple Pods. By far the best for the price out there. Although, after 3 months of use one of the units stopped connecting. It cannot be found on Bluetooth and the headphones make beeping sounds when pressed but they will not pair in pairing mode (blue LED's flashing in case, etc.) in any way. We have 2 other such devices and they work fine but this one just suddenly went off the skids. No problem. I got on the chat with someone at the JBL website and they helped troubleshoot. Since it was not resetting or working, they are sending me a new pair once I return the one that stopped working.”

Review 2: ★★★★☆

Reviewed in the United Kingdom:

“This is a decent pair of midrange earbuds that rises slightly above the ordinary thanks to very good noise isolation and excellent bass. The buds themselves are quite comfortable, a little larger than normal but well-shaped to fill my ears and physically block outside noise. I don't usually struggle with comfort so maybe I'm the wrong person to ask, but I imagine that if you find most earbuds uncomfortable these may feel a little too large for your ears.
The overall sound quality is about what I'd expect at this price point - very good but short of spectacular - but the bass impresses me. It's difficult to achieve good bass in earbuds, and very easy to screw up, but these things manage the job very well. All in all these are solid. They're not life changing, but at this price they're impressive.”

“I find it almost impossible to follow their instructions. maybe it’s because I am not tech savvy but I can’t find out how to pair with anything. and their instructions are hard to follow. I will need to get online instructions. Noise cancelling is great doesn’t get rid of everything but darn close.”

Review 4: ★★☆☆☆

Reviewed in the United States:

“I love JBL, decent sound quality, but not very happy with the charger making this awful ringing. The noise cancellation also only works in one ear. I bought these headphones 2 months ago and they started to malfunction about a week ago. I use them for in the gym and at work. Nothing extreme. Never submerged in water. What’s going on.”

Review 5: ★★★★☆

Reviewed in the Singapore:

“They have a shiny sleek look, works as they should. Sometimes when I’m adjusting them to fit in my ear the control buttons are sensitive. I still don’t know how to adjust the volume. Overall, I don’t regret buying them.”

Review 6: ★★★★☆

Reviewed in the Canada:

“I really like bass so these earbuds really sound good. The ANC is a little weak but I can deal with it. Sometimes they may move out of place but not much. The only real problem I have is a couple of times they would automatically disconnect from my phone and I would have to repair them to my phone. Otherwise, I usually switch between these and my liberty 3 pros but I use these more. I got them on sale for 75 bucks so I'm not complaining much.”

Review 8: ★★★☆☆

Reviewed in the United States:

“The headphones work, are light, and do not make my ears hurt. The noise canceling is great. But the battery lasts 3 hours and that is with or without noise canceling on. Every day without fail - at the 3 hours mark they turn off.”

Review 9: ★★★★★

Reviewed in the United States:

“I was looking for replacement earbuds and found these. I knew JBL was a good brand so I bought these. I love them! So comfortable and easy to use. I love that the ambient aware is easy to turn on and off. And you tap them to pause or unpause your music. Would purchase these again.”

Review 10: ★☆☆☆☆

Reviewed in the Canada:

“This is the absolute worst headphones I've ever purchased. The mic is horrible. When I speak to people, they say that they can hear background noise louder than they can hear me. Very frustrating when I'm outside or in the gym and someone calls me. Thought the product was defective and switched it out twice. It wasn't defective, it just sucked. Please save your money and buy another product. I wish I did and now I'm past the return window and stuck with this.”

Based on the positive and critical reviews from users of these earbuds, we can be informed that the overall performance of these earbuds is attractive, but there are some issues. The noise cancellation of these earbuds is imperfect and the battery life is not as long as the product parameters. In addition, these earbuds are not durable, some users said that they broke after only two weeks of use. There is no need to waste money on them.
