When it comes to JBL, the first thing that people may think of is audio. I don't think I need to describe its brand influence too much. In fact, the quality of JBL's headphone products is also very good and popular. Although Jbl's headphones are mostly sports headphones, there are also more neutral choices, such as JBL LIVE PRO 2.So what is its sense of use?Only people who have used it know. Therefore, this article collects some real user reviews to help you analyze.

“Sound is slightly above average, lacking a bit of bass, however clarity of middle and general voice perception is ok.

Mic is ok.

They are awesome with battery life, have useful indication on case of the case charge level.

Android app takes a bit time to get accustomed to, but ok.

Worst is the fit, the plastic part that fixes in the ear is too chunky. Falls too often.

All in all good for day to day use for business, conferencing, occasional music. No sport, no active walking.”

“Yes, they sound good. Look good. And feel good. However, lots of other earbuds do as well. If you were looking at these because of the extra features such as noise canceling and transparency mode (talk-through mode), then you will be happy with one, but really disappointed with the other. Call quality is good, with a clear pickup during phone calls. Noise canceling does its job, one of the better ones out there. However, if you want to have a conversation with someone as you're walking down the street, and don't want to remove your earbuds... There are better earbuds out there that do a better job for 1/3 the price (Tozo NC 2.) The ambient aware mode turned all the way up is a better option than the talk through mode, but still doesn't quite cut it. People talking at a normal volume are not brought into your ears at a high enough volume and clarity. I found myself just removing at least one earbud so I could chat with the neighbors while I walked my dog in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There is no volume control or boost available for the talk through mode, so for now, no good. I'll keep looking...”

“The JBL Live Pro TWS 2 is a fantastic pair of wireless earbuds that offer various convenient features. One of the standout features of these earbuds is the "Find My Earbuds" function, which allows you to locate them using your smartphone if they are misplaced.

The sound quality is outstanding, with crisp highs, well-balanced mids, and adjustable bass. Additionally, the earbuds offer an impressive battery life, lasting for over 10 hours on a single charge, and the charging case provides an additional 30 hours of battery life.

Comfort is also excellent. The earbuds fit securely and comfortably in your ears, making them perfect for long listening sessions. The design is sleek and modern. They look great and are easy to use.

Overall, the JBL Live Pro TWS 2 is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, feature-packed pair of wireless earbuds.

Highly recommend!”

“I didn’t have to charge these until I’d used them for work for two weeks, so the battery life is pretty insane. The noise cancellation has perfectly silenced my busy downtown walk to work; when I take them out of my ears a few moments before entering my work building I have been caught off-guard by the incredible amount of traffic noise that rushes into my ears that they were eliminating. GET THE APP (JBL Headphones), it lets you customize everything from a slider for the ambient aware to audio mixing to changing the touch commands on the buds themselves. P.S. I’ve always hated earbuds until I got these.”

“These headphones work very well for phone calls and Zoom meetings, very positive reviews from those who have to listen to me at work. The noise canceling is also excellent; the ability to silence the background while allowing through other sounds is exquisite. I was walking past a construction site this morning and couldn't hear a jackhammer but I did hear a candy wrapper skitter across the sidewalk in front of me. Very impressive.”

“I read lots of reviews of this model and compared it with Apple airpods. This seemed like the better choice. It's a good product but I don't find it very useful because the earpieces don't fit in my ears. They come with multiple sizes, but the ones that allow them to fit cause my ears to chafe and the next size down doesn't fit. I had some samsung ear pods before these that fit great and even though they're older technology I plan to buy them again because these simply don't fit.”

“Well I got these by mistake. Ordered the Live Free 2 instead as I'm not a fan of stem styled earbuds. Even though I'm disappointed I must admit that these are amazing. Battery life is also supposed to be longer than the Live Free 2.

The sound quality is amazing on these. Great bass, nice mids and highs. Crystal clear sound.

The anc is very good. You have options of true adaptive noise cancelling which is basically auto cancelling based on background noise. The other option is fixed but you can adjust the amount using the jbl headphone app.

The ambient aware and talkthru work great. Ambient aware is basically ambient sound so you hear what's going on around you. Talkthru lowers the music while allowing you to hear what's going on around you so it's very easy to have conversations without removing the earbuds.

VoiceAware is a feature that I love. It's basically having ambient aware while on a phone call. So you can hear what's going on around you while on a call.

Equalizer settings can be adjusted to you liking via the jbl headphones app.

The multi-point connection works flawlessly for me.

Overall these are awesome earbuds with great features and sound quality. I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves stem styled earbuds. The jbl live free 2 is basically the same just not the stem style. So those would be perfect for someone like me who doesn't fancy stem style.”

“These earbuds are fantastic! The sound quality is impeccable. They fit comfortably without slipping out. The accompanying phone app helps a lot to tweak the settings. I wear these for listening to podcasts while going on long walks. Noise cancelling and ambient sound settings can be activated by just a touch to the earbud. Sound can also be paused with a simple touch. Bluetooth connectivity means no wires dangling around the neck.”

“The earbuds are touch sensitive but lack buttons, which means it can send a lot of garbage commands if you need to take them out of your ears and hold them. Similarly if you switch to another device, say getting into a car with bluetooth, the earbuds do not gracefully surrender control to the new connection because of those garbage commands.

Also they don't have a native volume control, which is a problem if you, again, regularly connect to multiple devices.

Finally, they have absolutely no resistance to going through a wash and dry in the pockets of your laundry. But frankly I blame myself for that one.”

“No volume control on the ear buds. Noise cancellation stops for calls. The buds them selves are small making it hard for them to stay in. <= the widths of the buds are fine, I'm talking langth. When in call, the majority of the left ear controls are disabled. I don't know if its my chrome laptop or the buds but call Mic was terrible. If you take a bud out of your ear it pauses your music (Undecided on this feature). Amazon and the box won't tell you but this is touch controlled, not buttoned.

Good news, the pod did charge fast. Sound cancellation is amazing. Connects to devices quick.

Looking at the app you can change the button settings. The issue is my iPod is too old to allow the app.”

The real user review of Jbl live pro2 above shows that it is a good headphone that can satisfy users. But it also has disadvantages, such as no environmental mode and it is not safe enough for outdoor use, unstable and uncomfortable to wear. If you expect to find a headphone that is more cost-effective, more stable and comfortable to wear, and suitable for a variety of scenes, Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphone is an affordable substitute.

r/HeyNewGadget - Earbuds for walking:Jbl live pro 2 review

When Wissonly bone conduction headphones started crowd funding online , I started to pay attention to them. Later, I saw on some online forums that all otologists were recommending them, so I bought it. This Hi Runner is their flagship product, and its overall function is the most perfect. This headphone uses the latest research results of wissonly Lab. It effectively increases the vibration area of the vibrator by 35%, while optimizing the sound transmission direction, making the sound range wider and the music more spatial. The brand claims to reach the HI-FI sound quality. My own actual test shows that the sound quality is very close to the HI-FI level, but it doesn't reach this level indeed. Of course, the current sound quality is satisfactory enough.

Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphones are also equipped with a new Bluetooth 5.0 chip, which has stronger anti-interference ability, and can easily cope with various outdoor complex scenes, so as to ensure that the good mood during exercise will not be disturbed by disconnection. The stable connection also brings ultra-low delay performance. Listening to songs, chasing dramas and playing games meet all the daily demands for headphones. What's more, it has 32G of built-in memory, which can store 5,000 songs, which allows you to enjoy music without your mobile phone when you are outdoors.

r/HeyNewGadget - Earbuds for walking:Jbl live pro 2 review

Wissonly performs well in terms of comfort. It's very light, less than 30g, and you don't even feel like you're carrying it when you wear it. The headphone body is made of titanium alloy, which makes it fit well. You don't need to worry about falling off during exercise. It is designed with open ears, so that you can wear it for a long time without discomfort, healthier and cleaner. And when using outdoors, you can easily hear the sounds around you, making you safer.

The waterproof of Wissonly Hi Runner needs special mention. It reaches IPX8 grade, which means that you can carry it under water for 20 meters and still use it normally. This is crazy!

All in all, it is very complete in all aspects, and can be used in a variety of scenarios.
