Review 1: ★★★★★

“My wife loves them, the sound quality is amazing, they are small and compact but fit in her ears comfortably. Unlike her old ear buds. The battery life holds up to her work shift so, it is long lasting. Only issue is it is hard to get out of the charging unit, because of the magnetic system in the charging box. Other than that great choice.”

Review 2: ★★★★★

“I honestly not sure how anyone could give these earbuds a negative review, I went through many different earbuds and these are by far the best yet, sound is amazing and fit is just perfect, I had a pair that I liked but hated the rubber pieces so I was looking for ones without them. Not an apple person or I would have sure gone with AirPods. I haven’t had them for long sob, I can’t rate the battery life just yet. But as far as sound quality fir music and calls (for me and other person in call) it is sure is perfect.”

Review 3: ★★★☆☆

“The right ear bud stopped connecting via Bluetooth about 5 months into having them. Haven’t been able to figure out how to fix this despite a lot of online troubleshooting. Sound quality was good and they hold a pretty decent charge.”

Review 4: ★★☆☆☆

“I bought these for my wife for Christmas. 6 months later one of the ear buds no longer works. For $100 I expected them to last longer. The sound quality is good, but the overall quality of the product is not so good. I would not buy these again or recommend them to anyone else unless you like replacing $100 ear buds every 6 months.”

Review 5: ★★★★☆

“I have an android phone and wanted a nice but cheap set of earbuds. I’ve bought JBL speakers before and liked the experience they provided. They earbuds had an easy to charging mechanism for the earbuds themselves and the case as well. The sound quality is really good for $50 earbuds. I have now had them for over a year now, and they still work very well. I would buy them again. If you want a cheaper alternative to pixel buds or AirPods these earbuds are the way to go.”

Review 6: ★★★★☆

“I like the how these operate. Just pull them out of the holder (can be challenging at times, held in by magnet and the pods are slippery) put them in my ears and they work. Paired up easily with my phone.

These are not noise cancelling which is why I got them…I want to hear what’s going on around me unlike many people who wear the noise cancelling type and are oblivious to their surroundings…very dangerous. The only issue I have is that these are a little large and I have small ears so the left ear gets sore after a while.”

Review 7: ★★★★☆

“I actually love this product. I had these already for a couple years, but one finally cooked out, so I bought again. But I will be returning this pair to this seller and buying direct from JBL. These came used, even though they were advertised as new. Battery life was completely wrecked (full charge to 40% in less than an hour, when i could usually go multiple days without a charge), there was visible wear and tear and they were already named ‘Kyle’s JBL…’ “

Review 8: ★★★☆☆

“Bought this for everyday use and the battery doesn’t last the 5 hours. I usually get 2 hours on a medium volume. I have cheap $20 ear buds that last 6 hours no problem. Bought the cheap ones since I had to warranty the earbuds.

I have warrantied these three times since the silicone part that goes in your ear continues to peel off and is raised which starts to hurt my ears. but this is all under a year of use. The warranty was easy and there weren’t any issues.”

Review 9: ★★★★★

“These work really well with my Jitterbug flip phone. They are easy to operate for answering just quick press the button, for mute hold button down a second and you’ll hear a tone. Very comfortable in the ear, volume can get very loud. I just use the volume buttons on the phone. I can keep the flip phone closed in my pocket. People at the other end hear me clearly and don’t get bothered by background noise on my side. I know there are many types and brands of earbuds, I tried a few, in my opinion JBL are best.”

Review 10: ★☆☆☆☆

“Much like many of the lower reviews on here, my left earbud would not connect, stay charged or still will in the charging station. Dealing with customer support has been a slow process with a known issue. Do not recommend at all.”

Based on the reviews from users of these wireless headphones, we can understand that most of the consumers are satisfied and appreciative of them in terms of sound quality and price, but some of them are also disappointed. Because the quality of this product is not so good and the after-sales service of JBL is not handled well. Therefore, these headphones are not recommended to purchase.

Of course, if you want to have a headphone that is your own and practical, you may as well as try the Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphones, which are comparable in price to the JBL Tune 225 TWS true wireless headphones, but its performance is much better than them.

The following are my reasons for recommending Wissonly Hi Runner:

This is the fastest growing brand in the past six months. It may not be much famous, but in the field of bone conduction headphones they are proper technical experts. Their team began to develop bone conduction headphones that do not hurt the ear as early as 10 years ago. With an excellent bone conduction vibration unit optimization program, It became famous very soon in the field of bone conduction. It has been recommended by the majority of otologists!

Due to the particularity of the technical principle, bone conduction headphones are more difficult to be improved in sound quality. Wissonly Hi Runner team subverted the traditional sound quality scheme, made a breakthrough to use large wire-frame vibration unit.

They through structural optimization improved the effective vibration area, thereby improved the vibrator sound efficiency, made the sound more shocking and powerful. Plus, they optimized the sound transmission direction, reduced the sound loss during sound transmission, and made the sound quality more concentrated.

In terms of comfort, the overall body of the Hi Runner is made of high-tech hypoallergenic silicone material, which does not contain chemical components to avoid allergies. And the overall feel is as silky as the skin of baby, avoiding uncomfortable wearing for a long time.

In terms of functions, as the flagship model of Wissonly bone conduction headphones, Hi Runner has an IPX8 waterproof grade, which is higher than the industry standard. In addition, it is equipped with 32G body memory, and uses the latest Bluetooth 5.0 chip, which makes the connection more stable. The battery life is also very good, lasts 8 to 10 hours of continuous playback at normal volume, and supports magnetic fast charging. It only takes 2 hours to fully charge.
